Biography
NFL CAREER – Wood was signed by the Saints prior to the 2017 season opener after spending the 2016 and 2017 preseasons competing for snapping duties with the Dallas Cowboys and has since snapped for all punts and placekicks in all 132 regular season games and seven postseason contests, while recording ten career special teams tackles. His 132 appearances rank 26th in club record books, adding ten special teams tackles. Selected as a team captain the past two seasons, Wood provides consistency to one of the league's top special teams units.
