NFL CAREER – After spending the first eight weeks on the practice squad, the former Notre Dame standout stepped up to provide the Saints offense another weapon after injuries to fellow wideouts Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed. In eight games with two starts, contributing on both offense and special teams, Austin caught 11 passes for 151 yards (13.7 avg.) and recorded a reception in each of the eight contests he appeared in. The South Florida native will look to take advantage of his first full offseason and strength and conditioning program in New Orleans and compete in the receiver room.

2024 – Made his NFL debut vs Atlanta, Nov. 10, and finished with two catches for 36 yards…Vs Cleveland, Nov. 17, had an 18-yard reception…Vs Los Angeles Rams, Dec. 1, finished with season-high three catches for 31 yards and a nine-yard rush…At New York Giants, Dec. 8, made first career start and finished with a five-yard catch…At Green Bay, Dec. 23, caught one pass for 17 yards…Vs Las Vegas, Dec. 29, made his second career start and finished with a career-long 23 yard reception…In the spring, played for UFL's Birmingham Stallions and finished the season with 15 receptions for 253 yards with two TDs…On May 4, at Memphis, had four receptions for 108 yards (27.0 avg.) with an 80-yard TD, setting season-highs in all major receiving categories. 2023 – Went to training camp with the Jaguars and caught two passes for nine yards in the preseason. 2022 – Spent the season on the Jaguars practice squad…Had a 21-yard reception in the preseason.

COLLEGE – During career at Notre Dame, played in 26 games (13 starts) and finished with 54 receptions for 996 yards (18.4 avg.) and seven scores…In 2021, started all 13 games he played in, recording 48 receptions for 888 yards (18.5 avg.) with seven TDs, earning first-team Phil Steele All-Independent honors…In opener at Florida State, collected 91 yards on four catches, including a 37-yard reception for his first Irish touchdown in third quarter…Had six receptions for 78 yards and a career-high two touchdowns in win over Wisconsin…Caught a career-best 139 yards on six catches (23.2 avg.), including a college career-long 70-yard touchdown reception in win over Navy…Led the Irish with 125 receiving yards and tied a career-best with six catches in win over Stanford…Graduated with a bachelor's degree in graphic design.
