On November 24, 2008 the New Orleans Saints defeated the Green Bay Packers 51-29.

The Saints victory tied a franchise-record for points scored in a single game.

During the game, forming running back and Saints legend Deuce McAllister broke what was then the record for most touchdowns scored in team history with his 54th touchdown run.
