New Orelans Saintsation Heidi is in Hawaii this week representing the New Orleans Saints at the Pro Bowl.

All 32 NFL teams send one dance team member to represent the team at the league's all-star game each year.

Heidi found out she would be the lucky Saintsation representative at halftime of the Saints vs. Carolina Panthers game on Dec. 8.

"I knew there was a small chance I would be selected but when they announced my name I was shocked," said Heidi. "I was really excited and honored for the opportunity."

The fourth-year Saintsation said she had been in contact with some of the other Pro Bowl cheerleaders to help prepare for the experience.

The group will practice Monday through Friday leading up the game while working league events each day.

"All the Saintsatons that have been at the Pro Bowl before said it was a life changing experience," said Heidi. "You get to know all the other girls so quickly because we go in not knowing each other that well and so you have to cling to each other while we are here."

The Pro Bowl will be played Sunday, January 26 and will be televised live on NBC at 7:00 PM ET from Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
