Getting to Cleveland

Fans can travel to Cleveland by flying into Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. A direct flight from New Orleans to Phoenix is about two and a half hours from take-off to touch down. Once you've arrived at CLE there are several forms of transportation to make the trip into Cleveland including: taxis, limousine services, shuttles, and app-based rideshare services. All ground transportation services – including rental car agencies, taxi and limousine services are located on the lower level of the terminal building adjacent to baggage claim. App-based rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are available and the pick up/drop off location is available on Lakeside Avenue from either West 3rd Street or East 9th.

Getting to FirstEnergy Stadium

Due to limited parking, FirstEnergy Stadium encourage guests to use the RTA when coming to the game. For more information call 216-621-9500 or visit www.riderta.com. The RTA website allows you to insert your start and end point and offers a bus route or Uber and Lyft prices to make sure you are finding the best route from the hotel to your stadium.

Parking at FirstEnergy Stadium

Parking is limited at FirstEnergy Stadium. All ticket holders, including PSL holders, and guests with special needs, will be responsible for making their own parking arrangements. A limited number of parking spaces are available on a game-by-game basis. Several parking operators are located in the downtown area. For more information regarding parking, please visit Park Mobile. In compliance with the ADA, there are limited first-come, first-serve cash parking available directly North and West of the stadium. Accessible parking placard or license plate must be displayed.

Tailgating Policies

The most popular tailgating lot is the Muni Lot, located at 1500 S. Marginal Rd, which is east of FirstEnergy Stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Muni Lot opens at 7:00 a.m. ET for most regular season games, and at 5:00 p.m. ET for any evening games. The Pit at 1101 W. Ninth St. is another spot for fans to tailgate before the game.
