NFL CAREER – Terrell Burgess signed with the Saints after participating in the team's rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, as he brings extensive experience on both defense and special teams to the Saints secondary and coverage units. A third round draft pick of the Los Angeles Rams in 2020, out of Utah, Burgess went to training camp with the Buffalo Bills in 2024, before suffering a hamstring injury. In four seasons with the Rams (2020-22), New York Giants (2022) and Washington Commanders (2023), the Southern California native has played in 43 regular season games with four starts, posting career totals of 42 tackles (27 solo), one pass defense and 12 special teams stops.
