NFL CAREER – The leading rusher in Kansas history, this 5-11, 213-pound grinder worked his way into the team's running backs rotation, ranking second on the team in rushing with 206 yards and two touchdowns and adding 17 receptions for 104 yards in the passing game, playing in ten games with three starts, before suffering a hamstring injury in Week 15. On special teams, Neal added seven kickoff returns for 152 yards.

COLLEGE – Neal put together an impressive career at Kansas that included three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons as he finished his college career as the Jayhawks' all-time leading rusher. Neal played in 50 games, rushing 760 times for 4,343 yards (5.7 avg.) with 49 touchdowns and had 77 catches for 711 yards (9.2 avg.) with four touchdowns.
