Biography

NFL CAREER – After spending the his first six NFL seasons with the New England Patriots, the New Orleans Saints signed Anfernee Jennings following the NFL Draft to add to the competition at the edge position. The former Alabama standout was originally a third round pick (87th overall) in the 2020 NFL Draft and has played in 75 career regular season games with 40 starts, posting 210 tackles (130 solo), 7.5 sacks, 27 stops for loss, 25 quarterback hits, three pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. In 2025, Jennings played in 14 regular season games with three starts, as the Patriots advanced all the way to Super Bowl LX and recorded 19 tackles (13 solo), two sacks, one fumble recovery and seven special teams stops. In four postseason contests, he recorded 16 stops (nine solo), two sacks and one pass breakup.
