Terms and Conditions (Updated 8/12/26)

Please read these Terms and Conditions before entering the 50/50 Charity Raffle at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050 (the "Raffle"). By purchasing a Raffle ticket, you represent that you meet all of the below-stated requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Saints and Pelicans Foundation ("Charity"), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, or its representative.

1. OVERVIEW: Raffle tickets will be available for sale during the following twenty (20) Raffle periods (each a "Raffle Period" and each associated with a Saints game):

Each Raffle Period will begin at 9:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on the Start Date indicated in the chart above and end at the conclusion of the third quarter of the Saints game listed for that applicable Raffle Period. During the fourth quarter of each Saints game, subject to the applicable Raffle Period and its End Date, one (1) Raffle ticket number from the applicable game will be randomly selected and posted on NewOrleansSaints.com/community/5050/ and, for home games in the Caesars Superdome and time permitting, announced via in-game video boards. The one (1) individual in possession of the applicable Raffle ticket randomly selected will receive fifty percent (50%) of the gross proceeds from the Raffle ticket sales for the applicable Raffle Period (the "Award"). Administrative fees will be deducted from the remaining Raffle proceeds, and the residual proceeds provided to the Charity may then also be further distributed to third parties at the sole discretion of the Charity. Each Raffle Period, and all tickets, transactions, participants, purchasers, and the Award recipients are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the rules and regulations set forth by the Louisiana Office of Charitable Gaming, and all other applicable rules and regulations adopted by any regulator and/or enforcement agency having jurisdiction with respect to the activities to which these Terms and Conditions apply.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Raffle is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of participation in the Raffle, and who are physically present in Louisiana when purchasing a Raffle ticket (each, a "Participant"). Employees, members, and contractors of Charity, New Orleans Louisiana Saints, LLC ("Saints"), New Orleans Pelicans NBA, LLC ("Pelicans"), Cajun Bingo Supplies Inc., AscendFS Delaware, Inc., or each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotional agencies, and raffle system or technology providers, and the immediate family members and household members of each of the above, are not eligible to participate or receive an Award. For purposes of this section, "immediate family members" means spouses, parents, and children, regardless of where they reside; and "household members" means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Charity reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute regarding eligibility at any time.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: If you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions, then you may participate in the Raffle by purchasing Raffle tickets using any of the following methods: (i) via the Official Saints Mobile App ("App"), (ii) online at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050 ("Website"), or (iii) in person for Saints homes games held at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA (with the exception of Raffle Period No. 1). For Raffle Period No. 1, only the online methods outlined in (i) and (ii) will be available. Eligible Participants may purchase Raffle tickets in following amounts: five (5) Raffle tickets for Ten Dollars ($10.00), twenty-five (25) Raffle tickets for Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00), seventy-five (75) Raffle tickets for Fifty Dollars ($50.00), three hundred (300) Raffle tickets for One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or nine hundred (900) Raffle tickets for Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). All sales must be completed with a valid credit or debit card. There will be no cash sales, and in-person manually keyed purchases are prohibited. There is no limit to the number of Raffle tickets a Participant can obtain. The purchase of a Saints football game ticket or any other item from the Saints is not required to participate in the Raffle. Participant need not be present to redeem or obtain an Award. All Raffle ticket purchases must be completed by the end of the applicable Raffle Period. The Charity and any related entities are not liable for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undelivered, or destroyed tickets regardless of cause or person responsible including, but not limited to, any problem or technical malfunction of any computer, online system or server, or technical problem or traffic congestion on the Internet. When purchasing one or more Raffle tickets within the App or Website, the End User License Agreement or the terms and conditions governing your interaction with the App or Website (as the case may be), the Saints' Privacy Policy (https://www.neworleanssaints.com/privacypolicy), and any service provider terms and conditions pertaining to Raffle ticket purchases made through the App or Website, shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Any personally identifiable information collected during a Participant's purchase of a Raffle ticket will be collected on behalf of the Charity and the Saints for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Raffle as described in these Terms and Conditions and for commercial purposes in accordance with the Saints' Privacy Policy. Opting-in to specific offers and/or requests to receive further communication from Charity, Saints, or any other entity does not improve one's chances of winning.

4. RAFFLE DRAWINGS: One (1) Raffle ticket number will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Raffle tickets purchased during each Raffle Period. Non-winning Raffle tickets from a Raffle Period will not be eligible or included in any subsequent Raffle Period drawings. The drawing will be held on or about the beginning of the fourth quarter of each applicable Saints football game and the winner will be randomly and automatically selected by the Raffle software system, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle. The selected Raffle tickets will each be posted on https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050/ and, time permitting, announced via in-game video boards for Saints home games. Charity reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any drawing in its sole discretion without liability.

5. CLAIMING AN AWARD: To claim an Award, the holder of the randomly selected winning Raffle ticket number (an "Award Claimant") must contact Charity by calling 504-733-0255 and following the instructions provided to present or deliver the winning Raffle ticket to Charity within thirty (30) days of the applicable drawing. Each Award Claimant must provide Charity with all information required to claim an Award (including, but not limited to, tax identification information, government-issued photo identification, and proof of eligibility). The Award Claimant will receive an Award-Acceptance Affidavit and Release ("Affidavit") which must be executed and returned to Charity within thirty (30) days and prior to disbursement of the applicable Award. In the event an Award Claimant: (a) does not notify Charity or claim an Award within thirty (30) days of the applicable Raffle drawing; (b) is ruled ineligible for any reason; (c) refuses the Award; (d) does not return an executed Affidavit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Affidavit; (e) cannot be verified as an eligible Participant; or (f) is found to have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, the Award will be forfeited and will be retained by Charity. Charity has no obligation to contact any potential award recipients. All awards will be delivered via check within thirty (30) days of the Award Claimant delivering the winning Raffle ticket, executed Affidavit, and all other required documents to Charity. For security and safety reasons, no cash payments will be made to any Award Claimants. Unclaimed Awards will be retained by the Charity for its charitable purposes. Charity reserves the right to conduct background verification on any Award Claimant and to withhold any Award pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

6. ODDS: The odds of receiving an Award will be dependent on the total number of Raffle tickets purchased throughout each Raffle Period.

7. TAXES: Each Participant acknowledges that they understand the Internal Revenue Service has taken the position that amounts paid for chance-based raffle tickets, lottery tickets, or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of a ticket to participate in this Raffle does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. The Award recipient will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other government assessments on the dollar amount of award provided to them. Furthermore, each Award recipient acknowledges that federal and state laws require that a tax withholding on certain award values must be collected from Award recipients upon Award or distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time each Award is claimed will be followed. Without limiting the foregoing, each Award recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Charity shall withhold and remit to applicable taxing authorities all amounts required by law, and such withholding shall reduce the Award amount payable to the Award recipient. The Charity makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax treatment of any Award, and each Award recipient is advised to consult their own tax advisor.

8. TRANSFER OF RAFFLE TICKET: Persons who purchase a Raffle ticket may opt to give away or transfer their Raffle ticket to other eligible persons free of charge, but in doing so the purchaser/transferor of the applicable Raffle ticket(s) waives any claim they might otherwise have to any potential Award. A purchaser of any Raffle tickets may not re-sell their Raffle ticket to other parties, and may not give their Raffle ticket away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such Raffle ticket. Any Raffle ticket which has been resold shall be void. All individuals who re-sell, purchase, or receive a Raffle ticket in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall be ineligible to participate in the Raffle or receive an Award. Any transfer of a Raffle ticket must comply with all applicable laws, and the transferee must independently satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Charity is not responsible for any disputes between a purchaser and transferee regarding ownership of any Raffle ticket or entitlement to any Award.

9. PARTICIPANT'S GRANT OF LICENSE: By participating in the Raffle or accepting an Award, each Participant hereby irrevocably and perpetually grants to the Charity, Saints, and each of their designees, a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, and publicly display Participant's name, city and state of residence, biographical information, and any images, video, or likenesses taken or captured of the Participant in connection with their participating in the Raffle or receiving an Award (collectively, the "Images"), in any form, media, or content which now or hereafter exists, for advertising, promotional, or any other commercial purposes as well as non-commercial purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation. Each Participant waives any compensation for any use of such Images. Each Participant waives all rights to the use of their identity under Louisiana law on behalf of themselves and their successors, executor, heirs, legatees, assigns, licensees, and any and all of their authorized representatives under law. Each Participant hereby releases and waives any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and causes of action arising from the Charity's, Saints', or their designees' uses of the Images, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, publicity, personality, right of publicity, moral rights, or exploitation of the Participant's name or likeness.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY: By participating in the Raffle, Participant and Award Claimant, both on each of their own behalf and on behalf of each of their spouse, assigns, guardians, administrators, executors, and legal representatives hereby releases, waives, discharges, covenants not to sue, and indemnifies the Charity, the Saints, the owners and lessors of the property used for the Raffle, Cajun Bingo Supplies Inc., AscendFS Delaware, Inc., and the NFL Entities (as defined below), together with all of their past, present, or future predecessors, successors, assigns, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities and persons, owners, shareholders, members, partners, trustees, elected officials, directors, managers, employees, servants, principals, agents, consultants, contractors, representatives, sponsors, vendors, service providers, and insurers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), liabilities, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to the Participant's participation in the Raffle, acceptance or use of the Award, or any exercise by the Charity of any of its rights set forth herein or the Terms and Conditions of the Raffle, including, but not limited to, any claims related to (i) any injury to the Participant (including death) or damage to the Participant's property that occurs in connection with participation in the Raffle, receiving the Award or any related activities, (ii) any failure to report and pay any income taxes arising from acceptance of the Award, (iii) the Participant's acts or the acts of any other party with respect to the Participant's receipt of the Award, or participation in the Raffle, (iv) any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions in the Raffle system, website, or mobile application, and (v) any unauthorized access to or theft of Participant's personal information, regardless of whether any such claims are caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any Released Party. PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THIS RELEASE IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA.

11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: The Raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rule of any jurisdiction. Any claims regarding the Raffle that are not released must be brought exclusively in the State or Federal Courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, and Participant hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for purposes of any such action. The Raffle is void outside the state of Louisiana and where prohibited by law. Each Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action not waived arising out of or in connection with the Raffle, or any Award provided, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and Participant hereby waives any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action against any Released Party; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Raffle, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Raffle must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHARITY OR ANY RELEASED PARTY BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE AWARD AWARDED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT IN THE RAFFLE, OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY PARTICIPANT FOR RAFFLE TICKETS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

12. DISQUALIFICATION; CHANGES: Charity reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Raffle ticketing process or the operation of the Raffle, sells or auctions their Raffle ticket, purchases a Raffle ticket from an unauthorized party, violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information, uses any automated means (including bots, scripts, or other automated devices) to purchase tickets, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Charity reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Raffle or these Terms and Conditions or disqualify any individual or ticket for purposes of protecting the integrity of the Raffle, addressing changes in business operations, complying with applicable law, or responding to other circumstances, to the extent allowed under applicable law. In the event of cancellation or suspension of a Raffle Period, the Charity's sole obligation, if any, shall be to refund the ticket purchase price to affected Participants, and the Charity shall have no other liability. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE RAFFLE IS A VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CHARITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

13. CHARITY; AWARD RECIPIENT'S LIST: The Raffle is being conducted by the Saints and Pelicans Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and the address of its headquarters is 5800 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70003. You may obtain a list of the winning Raffle ticket numbers by sending a request (identifying the "50/50 Charity Raffle" and specifying the applicable Raffle Period(s)) to the above address, together with a stamped, self-addressed #10 envelope enclosed. The winning raffle ticket numbers also will be posted by the Charity at the web page: https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050. Requests for winner information must be received within ninety (90) days after the conclusion of the applicable Raffle Period.

14. PRIVACY: By participating in the Raffle, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Charity and its service providers may collect, use, and disclose Participant's personal information (including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information) for the purpose of administering the Raffle, verifying eligibility, processing Award payments, and as otherwise described in the Saints' Privacy Policy available at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/privacypolicy. The Charity and its service providers are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of Participant's personal information that is beyond the reasonable control of such parties.

15. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the intent of the parties.

16. The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Raffle or the prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Raffle in any way.
