New Orleans Saints Mascots

Bring the spirit of the New Orleans Saints to your next event!

Thank you for considering the New Orleans Saints for your upcoming event! We are dedicated to supporting our community and making a meaningful impact wherever possible. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following requirements before submitting your request:

Submission & Eligibility:

• Due to the high volume of requests and travel limitations, we must limit fulfillments to appearances within the New Orleans Saints' territory, which includes all of Louisiana and areas within a 150-mile radius of the Caesars Superdome.
• Organizations are limited to one (1) request fulfillment per calendar year.
• All requests must be submitted via the Appearance Request Portal. Requests made via direct phone calls, emails, or mail will be redirected to the portal.
• The online application must be filled out completely to be considered as a valid submission.
• Appearance requests must be made at least ten (10) weeks prior to the event date or will not be considered.
• The New Orleans Saints must approve any form of promotional or media exposure.

Payment and Pricing:

Payment for appearances must be completed within one week of the invoice date. Payments are accepted by written check only and must be delivered or mailed to 5800 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70003. Players and Entertainment Team members are not permitted to accept payments or handle payment-related details.

• Mascots - $325/mascot/hour (Minimum 1 hour / Maximum 1.5 hours)
• Saints Cheer Krewe - $325/member/hour (Minimum 1 hour / Maximum 2 hours & 2 members at minimum)

Additional Notes:

Please be aware the Saints Cheer Krewe and Mascots are not allowed to collect or handle money, food, alcohol, or tobacco of any kind. They are representatives of the New Orleans Saints and will only be allowed to participate in events that reflect positively on them and the organization.

Due to the high volume of requests, we're unable to provide status updates. However, all submissions will receive a final decision.
