After spending his first four seasons in Cleveland, Robertson brings versatility, depth and experience to a revamped linebacker corps. Excelling in the kicking game and as both an inside and outside linebacker in Cleveland, Robertson tallied 315 tackles (201 solo), four sacks, six interceptions, 15 passes defensed, two forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries, one touchdown and 32 special teams stops over 58 games with 37 starts. In the first quarter, recovered a fumble caused by LB Paul Kruger on a sack in the end zone, his first career touchdown…Posted game-high 10 tackles, one interception and one pass defensed vs. Cincinnati, Dec. 14. 2013 – Started 14 games at ILB, tallying 89 tackles, a career-high three sacks, five tackles for loss, one interception, three passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery…Forced a fumble of RB Ray Rice, the first forced fumble of his career at Baltimore, Sept. 15…Posted six tackles (four solo) at Minnesota, Sept. 22. Deflected a Christian Ponder pass to cause S T.J. Ward’s interception, while he recovered a loose ball on LB Jabaal Sheard’s sack-fumble…Recorded six tackles (five solo) and his first sack of the season and the second of his career vs. Buffalo, Oct. 3…Posted a team-high 10 solo tackles and a sack at Kansas City, Oct. 27…Intercepted QB Ben Roethlisberger, returning it 12 yards at Pittsburgh, Dec. 29. 2012 – Appeared in all 16 games with three starts and posted totals of 83 tackles (56 solo), two interceptions, one sack for a loss of 10 yards, two fumble recoveries, three passes defensed and 10 special teams stops. Part of a kickoff unit that ranked second in the league, having allowed a 19.8-yard average on 43 returns…Picked off QB Michael Vick in NFL debut in the team’s opener vs. Philadelphia, Sept. 9. Along with the interception by rookie L.J. Fort, they became the only Browns linebackers to record an interception in their NFL debuts since 1970…Intercepted a QB Joe Flacco pass in the end zone at Baltimore, Sept. 27…Recorded first career sack after dropping QB Tony Romo at Dallas, Nov. 18…Recorded one fumble recovery vs. Pittsburgh, Nov. 25…Tallied a career-high 14 tackles at Denver, Dec. 23. 2011 – Spent final two weeks of season on the Browns’ practice squad.

COLLEGE – Four-year letterman North Texas from 2007-10, appearing in 48 games and totaling 382 career tackles, 3.5 sacks and nine interceptions…In 2010, recorded 133 tackles (71 solo), two sacks, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 12 games…In 2009, played in 12 games and posted a team-leading 107 tackles (67 solo) on his way to being named honorable mention all-conference. Added three tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery…In 2008, started all 12 games and second on the team with 94 tackles and two interceptions…As freshman, won the 2007 Byron Gross Award for the team’s most outstanding linebacker, after tallying 48 tackles and five interceptions…Received a bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s in programming.
