NFL CAREER – A first round draft pick in 2017, this second-year pro played every offensive snap as a rookie and after alternating between left and right tackle early in the season, opened every contest from Week Six through the postseason on the right side.

CAREER TRANSACTIONS – Signed to a four-year contract, 6/21/17; Selected by New Orleans in the first round (32nd overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

2017 – Started all 16 regular season games and both postseason contests…Started at left tackle in his NFL debut at Minnesota, Sept. 11…Started at right tackle vs. New England, Sept. 17 and at Carolina, Sept. 24…Started at left tackle before moving to right tackle in second half following season-ending knee injury to RT Zach Strief vs. Miami at London’s Wembley Stadium, Oct. 1, the position where he would man for the remainder of the season…Blocked for back-to-back 100-yard rushing games from RB Mark Ingram II vs. Detroit, Oct. 15 and at Green Bay, Oct. 22….Part of an offense that blocked for QB Drew Brees passing for 299 yards vs. Chicago, Oct. 29…Opened up running lanes for 151 yards on the ground vs. Tampa Bay, Nov. 5…Part of a line that blocked for 131 yards rushing and did not allow Brees to be sacked vs. New York Jets, Dec. 17.

COLLEGE – Played only one season at Wisconsin after transferring from Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2015, where he played his first two seasons…Started all 14 games at left tackle in 2016 in Madison on the way to consensus first-team All-American and All-Big Ten honors…Anchored an offensive line that helped the Badgers rush for 203.1 yards per game…Ranked as season’s top run blocker among FBS tackles by Pro Football Focus…Allowed just one sack and eight pressures, per PFF...First-team All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and a third-team All-Region selection as a sophomore in 2014, where as a starter at left tackle, helped UWSP rank third in league in scoring offense and total offense…As a freshman in 2013, was a second-team All-WIAC selection, when he played in nine games with eight starts at left tackle and was named team’s offensive freshman of the year…Initially enrolled at Division II Winona State in 2012, but did not compete…Took classes at Mid-State Technical College after leaving Winona State, before enrolling at UW-Stevens Point…Majored in sociology.

PERSONAL – Attended Stevens Point (Wis.) Area HS, where as senior, he was named first-team All-State by the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association, AP honorable mention All-State, first-team All-Region, first-team All-Wisconsin Valley Conference, team MVP and Offensive Player of the Year…Selected to play in the 2012 WFCA All-Star Game…Volunteered with Operation Bootstrap at Wisconsin…Hobbies include hunting, fishing and watching hockey…Ryan Mack Ramczyk was born April 22, 1994 in Stevens Point, Wisc.
