COLLEGE CAREER – A talented wide receiver with a large 6-3, 212 pound frame who emerged as one of Ohio State’s top weapons over his final two seasons, Thomas played in 39 games and caught 113 passes for 1,602 yards (14.2-average) with 18 touchdowns. Thomas entered the starting lineup in 2014 with immediate results. All but three of his receptions were posted in his final two seasons. He has been recognized for a clutch touchdown catch with 12 seconds to play in the first half of the Buckeyes’ 2014 Sugar Bowl/College Football Playoff win over Alabama.

2015– Third team All-Big Ten...Started all 13 games...Led team with 56 catches for 781 yards and 9 touchdowns, tied for second-most in Big Ten...Caught at least one pass in 29 straight games to close out career...Had at least four catches in 10 games...Ended college career with a career-high tying seven catches for 72 yards, including a 15-yard catch-and-run for a TD in the first quarter of the Fiesta Bowl vs. Notre Dame...Had two catches for 50 yards, including a 38-yard grab, in win at Michigan...Had six catches for 76 yards with a 24-yard TD in the win at Illinois...Had four catches for 39 yards and a TD in the win over Minnesota...Recorded the first career 100-yard game vs. Maryland with seven catches for 107 yards...Caught five passes for 103 yards in win at Rutgers, including a 50-yard catch-and-run TD...Caught four passes for 54 yards, including a 23-yard TD, in the win at Indiana...Caught six passes for 80 yards, including a 38-yard TD, in the win over WMU, putting him over the 1,000-yard receiving mark for his career...Caught two passes for 46 yards, including a 26-yard TD pass in the fourth quarter, in the win at Virginia Tech...Had five catches for 52 yards vs. Hawai’i...Three catches for 60 yards, including a 23-yard TD vs. NIU. 2014 – Thomas was the leading receiver for the College Football Playoff national champions with 54 catches after redshirting in 2013...Second on the squad with 799 receiving yards and with nine receiving touchdowns...Played in all 15 games with 14 starts...Secured inside leverage on his defender, caught a short pass and raced 79 yards for a game-tying touchdown at Michigan State...Hauled in a 30-yard touchdown pass to extend a three-point lead on the road at Minnesota...Leaped high in the end zone to snare a reception and then twisted and landed his left foot parallel with the out-of-bounds line for a crucial touchdown with 12 seconds to play in the first half in the Sugar Bowl win vs. No. 1 Alabama...In addition to three receptions over 50 yards, which ranked 14th nationally and third in the conference (trailing only the four recorded by teammate Devin Smith and Michigan State’s Tony Lippett), Thomas also had 29 receptions of 10-plus yards...Had career-high 98 receiving yards vs. Virginia Tech and 91 vs. Michigan State...Had career-high seven receptions vs. Alabama...A postseason standout with 14 receptions – nine of which went for a first down and there was a 10th first down via a pass interference call – for 160 yards and one TD. 2013– Redshirted. 2012 – Thomas played in 11 games as a true freshman for the undefeated Buckeyes, totaling 196 offensive plays...Had three receptions for 22 yards.

PERSONAL: Thomas produced a highlight reel of a 2010 senior season at Woodland Hills Taft H.S., located in the San Fernando Valley...Attended Fork Union (Va.) Military Academy in the Fall of 2011 (and roomed with Cardale Jones)...Nephew to former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson.
