Feeback enters his fifth season with the Saints as an assistant athletic trainer. In this role, he assists Director of Sports Medicine Ben Stollberg, Head Athletic Trainer Shone Gipson, and the rest of the New Orleans sports medicine staff in the supervision and administration of injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation for the team's athletes.

Prior to joining the Saints, Feeback served in the same capacity for the University of Alabama football program from 2018-21. He gained his first NFL experience as a seasonal intern with the Dallas Cowboys from 2014-16.

Feeback earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training from Eastern Kentucky University in 2014 and a master's degree in health studies from Alabama in 2018.
