Jessi is so excited to be joining the Saints Cheer Krewe for this first time this season!
She has been dancing ever since she could walk and has trained in classical ballet, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, hip hop, and acrobatics. She grew up in the competition/convention scene and received numerous scholarships, faculty choice awards, and judges awards, most notably the title of Miss Dance of Louisiana in 2017. She toured with the Streetz Dance competition for two seasons, assisting classes and competition, and worked as a staff member for one season.Â
She graduated from LSU in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Journalism. She also earned minors in Dance and General Business. While at LSU, she participated in LSU Dance Ambassadors, teaching classes and connecting with the dance community. She was also asked to choreograph multiple dances for the annual spring showcase at LSU.
She currently works with Pembo Cieutat's competition team and has received many Judges' Choice awards for her choreography. Her favorite thing is watching how her students grow as dancers and individuals throughout the season.Â
"Growing up in New Orleans, I've been a Saints fan my entire life and know how loud the Dome can get. That insane energy is something that I want to bring to all of our fans come game day. I cannot wait to step onto the field for the first time as a Saints Krewe Member!"
