New Orleans Saints Season Ticket Auto Renewal Policies

The New Orleans Louisiana Saints, LLC ("New Orleans Saints" or "Saints") are pleased to offer the convenient and optional automatic renewal of season tickets and, if applicable, parking ("Auto-Renew"). If a season ticket holder elects to Auto-Renew their Saints season ticket plan, then these Automatic Renewal Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the purchase of season tickets, which includes pre-season, regular season, and if applicable, playoff tickets and, if applicable, parking, for the New Orleans Saints' home games played at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana (collectively, "Season Tickets"). THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FEATURE, PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, AND AN ARBITRATION PROIVISION WITH A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

Auto-Renewal Payment Option:

In selecting Auto-Renew during the purchase process, the primary individual responsible for the season ticket account (the "Holder") acknowledges that they are authorizing the Saints to automatically renew Holder's Season Tickets for each subsequent year at the then-current ticket price and utilizing the payment plan selected by Holder at the time of the initial authorization unless otherwise altered by Holder. Holder's Season Tickets will continue to be renewed for each subsequent season until Holder opts out of Auto-Renew, cancels their Season Tickets, or the Saints, in their sole discretion, cancel Holder's Auto-Renew option or Season Tickets.

Holder acknowledges that they are under no obligation to participate in Auto-Renew and may elect to pay for Season Tickets manually. Holder may also cancel Auto-Renew at any time (see below for details).  

At least thirty (30) days prior to the Auto-Renew of Holder's Season Tickets for any subsequent season, Saints will send Holder an invoice indicating the amount to be charged to Holder, the dates payment(s) will be made, and the payment method. If payment is split into two (2) payments, Saints will provide an invoice prior to each payment being applied. Holder agrees that the Saints may change ticket prices at any time. If the Saints change ticket prices, a new invoice will be sent to Holder via the primary email on Holder's Season Ticket account, and the invoice will also available in Holder's SeatGeek Season Ticket account manager.

Holder acknowledges that enrollment in Auto-Renew does not constitute any obligation of the Saints to offer Holder the opportunity to purchase Season Tickets, and Holder's enrollment in Auto-Renew is subject to Holder's continued adherence to all other Saints' terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, the Ticketback Terms and Conditions and the Ticket Policies , all of which are incorporated herein by reference.


Holder may cancel or opt-out of Auto-Renew at any time by (i) de-selecting Auto-Renew in Holder's Season Ticket account online via SeatGeek account manager or (ii) by calling 504-731-1700 and speaking with a customer service representative. If Holder elects to no longer participate in Auto-Renew, Holder may still renew Season Tickets manually via their SeatGeek account manager or by calling 504-731-1700 and speaking with a customer service representative. The Saints reserve the right to modify or cancel Auto-Renew at any time and require Holder to pay for tickets manually. Please note that certain promotional offers and renewal incentives may be affected by opting out of Auto-Renew.

Automatic Payment Authorization:

By electing to enroll in the Auto-Renew feature, Holder expressly authorizes the Saints and its service providers, agents, and other representatives to charge the payment card on file and any subsequent payment card added to Holder's account (collectively, the "Payment Card") for (i) the Saints Season Tickets in the amounts, and on or after the dates specified, on the invoice, and (ii) for future NFL seasons in accordance with the amounts and dates indicated on the then-current invoice (collectively, the "Payment Authorization"), unless and until the Holder cancels Auto-Renew pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. The Saints are not obligated to accept more than one Payment Card from Holder or any other individual. Any existing credit on Holder's Season Ticket account will be applied to the Season Ticket balance prior to initiating the next charge on the Payment Card. In the event there is a conflict between this Payment Authorization and any other prior payment authorization, whether verbal or written, this Payment Authorization shall govern and supersede. If the Saints make an error in processing a charge pursuant to this Payment Authorization, Holder authorizes the Saints to correct the error by initiating a credit or debit to the Payment Card in the amount of such error on or after the date such error occurs. Holder acknowledges that the Saints are not obligated to reinitiate any rejected charge and may terminate the payment plan and the Season Ticket account if a charge is rejected and the Payment Card is not updated. Holder agrees to maintain an updated Payment Card on their SeatGeek Season Ticket account manager. If Holder fails to make a payment due on the then-current invoice, the Saints may cancel Holder's Season Tickets, and Holder is not entitled to a refund. Holder may cancel this Payment Authorization at any time by contacting the Saints and providing the Saints a reasonable amount of time to process the request. Cancelling this Payment Authorization will not affect any obligation the Holder may have under this Saints Season Ticket payment plan. All charges to the Payment Card will be processed in United States dollars, and if a charge is converted into another currency, the amount may vary based on fluctuations in the applicable conversion rate.

Should any current or future dispute, claim, or cause of action related in any way to these Terms and Conditions including the election and use of Auto-Renew and/or Payment Authorization, arise between the Holder and the Saints, the Holder shall send a written notice describing the issue (a "Dispute Notice") to New Orleans Saints, Attn: Ticketing, 5800 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70003. The Holder and the Saints agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least sixty (60) days (the "Negotiation Period") following receipt of the Dispute Notice. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by mandatory, confidential, final, and binding arbitration held before a neutral, single arbitrator in New Orleans, Louisiana, subject to the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law. The costs of such arbitration shall be split evenly among the parties except upon an arbitrator's finding that such split renders the arbitration cost-prohibitive to the Holder. Any and all issues relating or pertaining to arbitration or this arbitration clause, including but not limited to the threshold question of arbitrability or the enforceability or validity of this arbitration clause shall be delegated exclusively to the arbitrator selected pursuant to this provision. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. THE HOLDER AND THE SAINTS AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBIRTRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION.


Saints reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and Holder agrees to all such updated terms.
