Brees leaves game with hand injury

Los Angeles - New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was forced to leave Sunday's game vs. the Los Angeles Rams in the first quarter with a hand injury. He was replaced by Teddy Bridgewater.

The Saints trailed 3-0 when Brees left after the team's second possession. Brees is listed as questionable to return.
