The New Orleans Saints and Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, the official chicken of the Black-and-Gold, announced today a new junior mascot program entitled Junior Gumbo. Open to youth between the ages of 7 and 13, the program will provide children the special opportunity to take the field as Junior Gumbo at Saints games this season.

This program, the first of its kind in Saints history, will provide a child with the opportunity to dress in a full mascot costume and shadow beloved New Orleans Saints mascot Gumbo during pregame festivities at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome before each game.  For each Saints home game in 2017, one lucky winner will win two tickets to a Saints game, two pregame sideline passes, a Raising Cane's gift basket with an autographed football and a co-branded Saints and Raising Cane's jersey.

The contest will run from August 2, 2017 – December 4, 2017.  Official rules and how to enter may be viewed at raisingcanes.com/saintsjuniorgumbo or at any Raising Cane's restaurant in Louisiana and Mississippi. Raising Cane's has been a proud sponsor of the New Orleans Saints for more than 12 years.
