Local high school coaches: the New Orleans Saints are taking referrals for our FREE HSPD Leadership Program this year presented by the National Guard and hosted by the Saints.

As high school coaches, we believe you are best suited to refer the most qualified student athletes from your team.  

The clinic is geared towards kids who may not be the best player, but exemplifies the best leadership qualities. The player that his peers and teammates look up to.

Criteria for Referred Participant:

1) Participant must have a cumulative 2.5 GPA.

2) Participant must have completed their sophomore year of high school.

3) Participant must have at least 80% attendance at school.

4) Participant must be a member of the school's football team.

5) Participant must demonstrate leadership qualities such as teamwork, integrity, dedication, and commitment.

6) Participant must be available to attend the full day program on April 25th at New Orleans Saints Practice Facility.

Please submit a referral form to Adriel Rocha at Adriel.Rocha@saints.nfl.com or Saintsevents@saints.nfl.com, you can also via fax at 504-731-1812 for each referred participant no later than Monday, April 20th, 2015.  

Selected participants will receive formal invitations shortly after referrals are reviewed.
