FritoLay Tailgate Meal of the Week: Tostitos Loaded Nachos | Preseason Week 2

Ingredients

TOSTITOS Âź - 1 bag
Nacho Cheese - 2 cups
Ground Beef - 3 cups
Taco Seasoning - 2 Tbsp.
Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Œ cup
Pico de Gallo - Œ cup
Sliced Jalapenos - 5 slices each
Sour Cream - A Dollop

How to Make

  1. Heat up Nacho Cheese
  2. In a sauce pan cook Ground Beef and add Taco Seasoning stirring occasionally until seasoning is well mixed with beef and beef cooks all the way through.
  3. Place TOSTITOS Âź onto tray
  4. Ladle Nacho Cheese and cooked Beef over TOSTITOS Âź
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Jalapenos on top of Beef.
  6. Finish up with a dollop of Sour Cream.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
