Designated Driver

The New Orleans Saints and Bud Light have teamed up to create the "Good Sport Designated Driver Program."If a patron needs assistance or would like to volunteer as a designated driver and receive a complimentary soft drink, they may go to any Guest Services Booth on the Plaza, Loge, or Terrace level to sign up or receive assistance.

Directions to Mercedes-Benz Superdome

From I-10, coming from the west and New Orleans Int'l Airport:

At the I-610 split, stay right to downtown New Orleans;

After the Carrolton Avenue/Airline Highway exit, take exit #234A "90 Claiborne Ave. west- Superdome"

Follow the signs to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome parking garages.

From I-10, coming from the east:

Follow I-10 westbound to downtown New Orleans;

Take the Orleans Avenue exit;

Turn left on Orleans and follow it across Canal Street where Orleans becomes Loyola Avenue;

Proceed to Girod Street;

Turn right and follow Girod to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

From the West Bank of the Mississippi River & the Greater New Orleans Bridge:

Take the O'Keefe Street exit;

Turn Left on Girod Street and follow Girod Street to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

From Interstates 55 and 59:

Proceed south to I-10;

Follow I-10 signs leading to downtown New Orleans;

Follow the above directions for I-10 coming from the east.

Disabled Patron Accommodations/Services (ADA)

Beginning in the summer of 1996, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome has undergone extensive renovations, including retro fitting the facility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA improvements included construction of additional ramps in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome's interior, modifications to seating for wheelchair access and location, entrance level admittance from all four parking garages and improved signage.  

Accessible seating is available on all levels of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Plaza Level East Side Sections: 106-122

Plaza Level West Side Sections: 134-150

500/600 Terrace Northeast Sections: 604 & 605, Row 1

500/600 Terrace Northwest Sections: 649 & 650, Row 1

500/600 Terrace Southeast Sections: 623 & 624, Row 1 (relocation platform)

500/600 Terrace Southwest Sections: 630 &631, Row 1 (relocation platform)

Disabled ticket holders may pick up an elevator pass for themselves and one guest at the Saints Ticket Office at Gate A on the Ground Level. This pass allows access to elevators closest to Gate A Ground Level (Elevator 1 and Elevator 9).

ADA Access is available at Elevators 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4, 6, 7A, 8A, and 9. Please allow access to elevators, even if the patron is not in a wheelchair, but claims to have a disability.

Food Service is NOT allowed on the above listed elevators for one hour after the conclusion of the game.

Accessible facilities are provided at all restrooms on all levels throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Assisted Listening Devices are available through the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A valid driver's license is required to check out a wheelchair. They may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level.

ADA Parking is located in Garage 1A (Levels 1 and 3) and Champions Garage (Level 1).

Prepaid ADA parking is available in VIP East.

ADA drop off is located at Gate A Ground.
