Donation Requests

Thank you for considering the New Orleans Saints for your upcoming event! We are dedicated to supporting our community and making a meaningful impact wherever possible. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following requirements before submitting your request:

Submission & Eligibility:

  • You must be a qualified non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status under Federal law for a minimum of TWO (2) years to be considered for sponsorship.
  • Due to the high volume of requests, we must limit contributions to organizations within the New Orleans Saints' territory, which includes all of Louisiana and areas within a 150-mile radius of the Caesars Superdome.
  • Organizations are limited to one (1) request fulfillment per calendar year.
  • All requests must be submitted via the Giving Request Portal. Requests made via direct phone calls, emails, or mail will be redirected to the portal.
  • Requests must come directly from leadership of the benefitting organization. Third party fundraising, such as requests from team or individual campaigns, board members, passthrough fundraising events, etc. will not be considered.
  • The online application must be filled out completely to be considered as a valid submission. Supporting documentation can be sent to SaintsGive@pelicans.com. (proof of 501c3, 990, and any supporting programming or event documentation)
  • Event Sponsorship and Memorabilia requests must be made at least ten (10) weeks prior to the event date or will not be considered.
  • The New Orleans Saints must approve any form of promotional or media exposure.

Memorabilia:

  • Requests for an autographed item to be used for prizes/rewards, giveaways, or gift are not accepted.
  • Items donated by the New Orleans Saints for charitable auctions must not be sold for profit.
  • We do not accept outside merchandise for autographs. Any unsolicited items will be returned immediately upon receipt, and we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Appearances:

  • Appearance and Speaking requests must be made at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event date.
  • Mascot and Cheer Krewe requests must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date.
  • Sir Saints, Gumbo, and the Saints Cheer Krewe reserve the right to walk away from any event they deem unsafe or harmful. (No Refunds)
  • Parking and water must be provided for the performers.

The New Orleans Saints must approve any form of promotional or media exposure.

Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot provide updates on the status of requests, though all submissions will receive a final decision.

Can't make it to one of the games?

Donate your tickets to the Saints and Pelicans foundation! All donated tickets will be distributed to local 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.

All ticket donations must be transferred to SaintsGive@saints.nfl.com via SeatGeek no less than (5) days prior to kickoff. Any tickets submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed for donation fulfilment or tax deduction.
