Amber is ecstatic to return to the field, for her fourth year as a member of the New Orleans Saintsations.
Her passion for cheerleading started in her hometown of Luling, LA, where she was a member of her high school varsity cheerleading team. After graduating high school, Amber focused on her academic career and enrolled at the University of Holy Cross, where she majors in Biology.
While being a student is a huge part of Amber's life, she also works as a dance educator and is the cheerleading coach at a prestigious, local high school.
Amber developed a deep passion for helping others from her academic journey in the medical field and through her role as an educator. This passion is the foundation that prompted her to establish a non-profit organization whose mission statement revolves around the ability to develop young aspiring dancers through dance education, while giving them the tools necessary to succeed in all aspects of life.
Amber says, "The past four years of being a member of Saintsations has taught me the most important lesson I could take away from this experience – the person I am outside of dance, is more important than dance itself. This is a lesson I will continue to pass on to my students because it teaches you to be self-aware of the impact you can have on others."
