Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints on Thursday, May 9:

1. Saints legend Steve Gleason released his autobiography "A Life Impossible: Living with ALS: Finding Peace and Wisdom within a Fragile Existence." NewOrleansSaints.com will be speaking to Michel and Steve Gleason and Jeff Duncan. Stay tuned for an article from John DeShazier about the book.

2. NewOrleansSaints.com will be curating the best photos of each of the 10 participating schools showcasing their team. Those galleries will be release throughout the week including the East Jefferson Warriors releasing later today. Catch up on photos of Bonnabel, Academy of Our Lady and De La Salle.

3. The day for the NFL schedule release draws near. Stay tuned for a whole host of content surrounding the announcement of the Saints schedule for the 2024 season NewOrleansSaints.com will have a schedule release video, takeaways from the schedule from John DeShazier, photo galleries of all the opposing coaches and quarterbacks and even more content when the full schedule is announced.

4. The team will host rookie minicamp May 10 through May 12 at the Ochsner Sports Performance Center. Saints fans will get an exclusive first look at the incoming Saints rookie class on NewOrleansSaints.com when rookie minicamp begins and can learn about the latest rookie class on Saints Draft Central presented by Cox.

5. On Saturday, May 11 following minicamp practice, head coach Dennis Allen will speak with the media and the locker room will be open for interviews. All the coverage of interviews will be available on NewOrleansSaints.com.
