Accessible Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area

There is an accessible and convenient drop-off/pick-up area located on the north side of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Poydras Street and the Taxi Cab Lane, providing direct access to Gate A Ground, our dedicated ADA entrance.

To protect accounts, any change of address must be submitted to the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office in writing and signed by the holder of the season ticket account. Any change of address on business accounts must be submitted on company stationery and signed by the appropriate company official. Please include the account number and daytime telephone number.

Alcoholic Beverages

Fans 21 years of age and older may only purchase two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per transaction. Serving sizes may not exceed 20 ounces for beer, 6 ounces for wine, and 1.5 ounces for distilled spirits. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter.

Animals/Service Animals

Animals are prohibited in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, except for service animals assisting ADA patrons. All service animals outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed access to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. A link for the approved service animals can be found here.

Audio Amplification

Auxiliary hearing devices (phonic ear) receiving a direct FM audio feed from the P.A. system are available to hearing-impaired patrons. These devices are available through the Guest Relations Center located Gate B Plaza Level. A valid driver's license or state I.D. is required to check out the device. Please contact the event coordinator for assistance.

Bag Policy

The New Orleans Saints strongly encourage fans not to bring any type of bags; however, outlined below is what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

Banners and Signs

As a rule, banners are prohibited for most events. Banners may be allowed, at the discretion of the New Orleans Saints, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Banners cannot be in poor taste or offensive
  • Banners cannot obstruct the view of any patron/fan
  • Banners cannot obstruct any stadium signage or other necessary markings
  • Banners cannot present a safety hazard
  • Banners of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission of the stadium management or the event producer (New Orleans Saints)
  • Banners do not mock or criticize either team
  • Banners do not violate NFL policies

The New Orleans Saints and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome reserve the right to remove any signs or banners on game day.

Bike Racks

Bikes racks are available for use in Lot 3 on the wall closest to Champions Garage. Patrons can access the bike racks in Lot 3 from the pedestrian gates at the corner of Dave Dixon Dr. and LeRouge St. Click here to view the location of bike racks in Lot 3.

Box Office Operations

Gate A Ground Level Box Office and the four ticket windows on the Plaza Level will be used to service box office and ticketing needs. These locations will be open starting 3 hours prior to kickoff and closing at the start of halftime.

**Please note that Will Call will be located at the Gate A Ground Box Office location only.

The following are new and updated practices Event Operations will implement:

  • Separate queueing lines by 6 feet (every other window open)
  • Implement a Dedicated Will Call line – Gate A Ground ONLY
  • Set up queueing in front of the open windows with ground decals 6 feet apart
  • Create a switchback queueing style or have individual lines in front of each window because it:
  • Enables the line manager to direct guests to the next available window
  • Allows for one-way traffic flow
  • Use tens-a-barrier for line queues – for both ingress and egress at each line
  • Establish ingress and egress patterns that afford 6 feet of social distancing while exiting the window after a transaction has taken place.
  • Develop phone banks for operators to assist guests with mobile ticket needs.

Camera/Video Equipment

For New Orleans Saints games, hand-held cameras are permitted for non-commercial use. Camera lenses cannot exceed 6 inches. Video cameras are prohibited by league rules.

Champions Square and Exterior Activities

Tailgating is not allowed at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and is highly discouraged around the area. Champions Square, Club 44 and Opening Act will not be open to guests.

Children Ticket Policy

Children up to 2 years of age do not require a ticket for admission. However, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required.

Club Lounges

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has four (4) Club Lounges located on the 200 Level. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome also has two (2) Bunker Club Lounges located Ground Level.

Club lounges will be open this upcoming season, but with new social distancing regulations. Please follow all signs and stadium staff guidelines when visiting these spaces:

  • Premium Club areas that serve as a gathering area for premium guests will be activated in conjunction with health, social distancing, and capacity guidelines.
  • Guests will still be required to wear a face covering or mask while in these spaces.
  • There will a designated entry and exit door for all guests.
  • Existing lounge furniture, tables, and chairs will be arranged in a matter consistent with social distancing guidelines.
  • Restrooms will be updated and monitored with best practice cleaning and social distancing guidelines.
  • Awareness and directional signage will be placed strategically at each respective location.

The East and West Bunker Clubs can only be accessed through the stands. Entry and exit on the event/ground level will not be allowed.

Companion Seating

Due to limited availability, one companion in an adjacent seat may accompany each disabled person. In some sections, the companion seat may be a folding chair to accommodate that particular location.

Complaints

We strive to make sure all fans have a safe and enjoyable environment to watch the game. If a patron wishes to report negative behavior or file a different complaint, please go to a Guest Services Kiosk or send a text to 69050 with the keyword NOLA followed by the issue and location.

Concessions

Centerplate provides the food services at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. They have teamed up with local and national brands to bring a variety of choices to patrons. Concessions are conveniently located throughout the stadium on the Plaza, Loge, and Terrace Levels. Click here for locations. Centerplate provides all catering exclusively in-house. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Centerplate may be contacted at (504) 681-0926.

The health and safety of our employees, clients and consumers is Centerplate's utmost priority. The below updates have been made to the concession areas in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome:

  • Open concession stands will be determined by venue capacity.
  • Every other Point-of-Sale device will be utilized to create social distancing for F&B queuing at open locations, and each device will cleaned frequently.
  • Floor decals will be deployed assisting patrons with proper distancing, as well as additional signage surrounding the concession location.
  • A customer facing barrier will be erected to minimized customer/patron interactions.
  • Portable bars and food openings will be spaced out throughout the concourse areas and will have the same safety measures as the concession stands.

Designated Driver

The New Orleans Saints and Bud Light have teamed up to create the "Good Sport Designated Driver Program." If a patron needs assistance or would like to volunteer as a designated driver and receive a complimentary soft drink, they may go to any Guest Services Location on the Plaza, Loge, or Terrace level to sign up or receive assistance.

Disabled Patron Accommodations/Services (ADA)

Beginning in the summer of 1996, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome has undergone extensive renovations, including retrofitting the facility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA improvements included the construction of additional ramps in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome's interior, modifications to seating for wheelchair access and location, entrance level admittance from all four parking garages and improved signage.

Disabled ticket holders may pick up an elevator pass for themselves and one guest at the Saints Ticket Office at Gate A on the Ground Level. This pass allows access to elevators closest to Gate A Ground Level (Elevator 1 and Elevator 9)

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome is located at 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans, LA 70112. Below are directions to the five major garages for game day. 

Garage 1 Directions

East:
  • Take I-10 West to Mercedes-Benz Superdome Exit, turn right on Cleveland Ave., turn right on Claiborne Ave., turn right on Poydras St. (away from Mercedes-Benz Superdome), take U-turn (towards Mercedes-Benz Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.
  • Eastbound Poydras St: right lane only can turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., and follow traffic police direction into garage.
  • Eastbound Poydras St: middle and left lanes proceed to Loyola Ave., turn right on Loyola Ave., and turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
West:
  • Take I-10 East to the Poydras St. Exit, (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.
South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, Exit at Camp St., proceed to Poydras St., turn left on Poydras St., take Poydras St. westbound past Mercedes-Benz Superdome/Claiborne Ave., take U-turn (back towards Mercedes-Benz Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Garage 2 Directions

East:

South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, Exit at O'Keefe Ave., turn left on Julia St., turn right on Loyola Ave., turn left on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Garage 6 Directions

East:
  • Take I-10 West to Mercedes-Benz Superdome Exit, turn right on Cleveland Ave., turn right on Claiborne Ave., turn right to Poydras St. (away from Mercedes-Benz Superdome), take U-turn (towards Mercedes-Benz Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn right on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.
  • Eastbound Poydras St.: right lane only can turn right on Clara St., turn right on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction into garage.
  • Eastbound Poydras St.: middle and left lanes proceed to Loyola Ave., turn right on Loyola Ave., and turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
West:
  • Take I-10 East, upon approaching the Mercedes-Benz Superdome stay in the middle lanes of traffic and follow 90/Superdome signage to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Exit, turn left on W. Stadium Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.
South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, Exit at Camp St., proceed to Poydras St., turn left on Poydras St., take Poydras St. westbound past Mercedes-Benz Superdome/Claiborne Ave., take U-turn (back towards Mercedes-Benz Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn right on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Champions Garage Directions

East:
  • Take I-10 West to Exit 235B (Canal Street/Mercedes-Benz Superdome), turn right onto Cleveland Avenue, turn right onto Elk Place (Elk Pl. becomes Loyola Ave.), turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
West:
  • Take I-10 East, upon approaching the Mercedes-Benz Superdome stay in the middle lanes and follow 90/Superdome signage to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Exit, turn right on Dave Dixon Dr./Girod St., turn right on Magnolia St., left on Howard Ave., left on LeRouge St., right on Dave Dixon Dr./Girod St. and follow traffic police direction to garage.
South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, exit at O'Keefe Ave., turn left on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Elevators

There are thirteen (13) passenger elevators conveniently located throughout the Superdome. Elevators are located in close proximity to the entry doors at Gates A, C; G & E. Public elevators are prioritized for guests with disabilities.

Be aware that certain elevators can be held at any time to transport coaches, media, & team executives. Elevators will be held exclusively for ADA patrons from the 2 minutes warning until 15 minutes following the conclusion of the game except for Elevators 7, 7A, and 8 (Coaches, Press, and Saints Executives).

Elevator occupancy will be limited to allow for social distancing (max 5-6 per carrying). 

  • Queueing for elevator usage will be communicated with floor decals and signage. 
  • It is highly recommended that the stairs and escalators be utilized for vertical transportation when possible.

Emergency Exits

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exits, located at several points throughout the building. Please refer to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome map for exact locations.

Escalators

Escalators are located at Plaza Level Gates A, C, E, and G for Mercedes-Benz Superdome patrons. All escalators access the Plaza, Loge, Suite, and Terrace Levels.

  • Gate A Escalators also accesses the Ground and Mezzanine Levels.
  • Gates C and G Terrace Level 500 Escalators access the 600A Level.

Escalators will continue to serve as the primary mode of vertical transportation for fans. To alleviate overcrowding and promote social distancing, the following procedures will be implemented. 

  • Escalators will be activated in the up position at an extended time during the onset of the event and activated in the egress position earlier then accustomed.
  • ASM personnel will be positioned at the top and bottom of each escalator. Enhanced training will be provided for all appropriate PSD and GSD team members assisting with escalator usage during ingress/egress operations, including a greater focus on social distancing on each escalator (i.e., reasonable goal of between each guest). 
  • ASM personnel will monitor and encourage social distancing as guests load on to the rate of every 4-5 steps. 
  • Riders will also be highly encouraged to maintain step distance between each guest for both ingress and egress processes and travel.

Face Coverings and Masks

Per the NFL mandate, face coverings will be mandatory for all fans and staff, and must be worn at all times (other than while actively eating or drinking). Failure to comply with the NFL mandate will result in ejection from the stadium. Be a good teammate – because wearing a face covering not only helps to protect you, it helps protect other fans, our team and our staff.

Fan Code of Conduct

The National Football League, New Orleans Saints, and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome are committed to promoting an enjoyable game day experience for all fans. We ask that you refrain from any of the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, guest services, and security personnel
  • Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
  • Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons
  • Offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
  • Failure to comply with stadium policies, including policies requiring face coverings and requirements to maintain physical distancing.

Fans engaging in such behavior are subject to ejection and arrest. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, security, or guest services staff member. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, public safety member, or guest services staff member.

Fan Responsibility

Help the New Orleans Saints stop the spread of Covid-19. You should NOT come to the stadium if you:

  • Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days;
  • Have reason to believe you have COVID-19;
  • Have reason to believe that you've been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days;
  • Have been in close contact (i.e., within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes) with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days;
  • Have taken any medication to reduce a fever within the last 2 days;
  • Are currently experiencing, or have experienced in the last 14 days, COVID-19 symptoms, including a cough, fever, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, shortness of breath, unexplained headache, body aches or pains, diarrhea, or other symptoms of illness, or have otherwise felt unwell in the last 24 hours;
  • Have traveled internationally in the last 14 days; or
  • Have had close contact with someone who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days.
  • Have COVID-19, are experiencing or have within the last 48 hours experienced symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, or know you've been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Those that are most vulnerable to COVID-19 should exercise extra caution.

First Aid Locations

Acadian Ambulance is the designated medical and ambulance provider for the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the New Orleans Saints. All medical personnel are equipped with proper PPE to adhere to Social Distancing Guidelines.

  • Terrace Level at Section 505 (504) 587-8958
  • Terrace Level at Section 535 (504) 587-8959

If you are in the stadium and begin to feel ill, you should find help immediately. A dedicated isolation area will be available for any fan who begins to feel ill after entering the stadium. The stadium's onsite medical team will be fully prepared to treat you and provide you with personal protective equipment (PPE), if necessary. If you feel ill at any point before leaving or on your way to the stadium, we ask that you please be a good teammate and stay home.

Gate Opening

Please take note of the designated entry gate and group assignment which designates your arrival time. We will be staggering fan entry times to help reduce the number of people you come into direct contact with. We encourage all guests to take advantage of early doors. All plaza level entry gates will open to all season ticket holders 2 hours prior to kick-off. 

Gate A Ground will be exclusive for credentialed staff, media and ADA guests.

Guest Services Desk

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome and New Orleans Saints are committed to providing a first-class experience for all guests. The Guest Services Center is located at Gate B Plaza Level. Guest Services Desks can be found at the following locations:

  • Gates C, E, and G on the Plaza Level
  • Gates A, C, E & G on the Loge & 300 Suite Levels
  • Gates C and G on the 400 Suite Level
  • Gates A, C, E & G on the 500 Terrace Level
  • Gates C and G on the 600 Terrace Level

Guests may visit the desks to ask for directions, offer suggestions, or seek assistance while at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Find Guest Services Desks by level on the maps below:

Health Screenings

All fans will be required to go through a temperature check and health-screening questionnaire prior to entering the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Guests that register a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be redirected to our cool-down area. From there, those guests will be given a second temperature reading. If the second reading is less than 100.4, the guest will be permitted to enter. If it remains at or above 100.4, the guest will not be permitted to attend the game.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items may be turned in at any Guest Services Desk on any level or may be brought to the Guest Relations Center, located at Gate B Plaza Level. After the event has concluded, guests can also inquire about lost items by filling out the Lost and Found Form here. Once a lost and found form is submitted, please allow one (1) business day for a response. Guests will only receive an email if the missing item is found.

Lost Children or Companions

Children who have lost their parents will be escorted to the nearest police officer, ASM Global Public Safety Officer or to the closest Guest Services Desk. The child's name will be registered and broadcast immediately to all Guest Services Desks, police, security, and usher personnel. Parents seeking a lost child should proceed to the nearest Guest Services Desk for assistance in locating their child.

Medical Bag Entrances

Medical bags may enter through any ticketed gate.

Merchandise

Team merchandise and souvenirs are available throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome at the following locations:

The Saints team store at Gate B Plaza.

Walk-up kiosks on the concourses:

  • Plaza Level – Gates A, C, G & E
  • Loge Level – Gates A & E, Iberville and St. Charles Club Lounges
  • Terrace Level – Gates C & G

Fans will also have the ability to order merchandise through the New Orleans Saints Mobile App for in stadium delivery or pick-up.This process provides the most convenient shopping experience for fans to purchase their favorite gear without or missing a minute of the action! These pick up locations are:

  • Plaza Level – Gates A, C, E, & G
  • Loge Level – Gates A & E
  • Terrace Level – Gates C & G

The Saints Team Store social distancing procedures are as follows:

  • The number of fans who can enter will be determined by governmental capacity guidelines.
  • Signs to remind fans to adhere to Social Distancing Guidelines will be displayed strategically throughout the store.
  • Every other register in use with individual shields, sanitizer, masks, and floor stickers for social distancing Registers will have a socially spaced queue line with floor markers
  • The payment process will be performed without the cashier handling the merchandise (customer displays barcode) and touchless payment.
  • A bag and receipt will be offered to the fan. The fan will bag their merchandise to reduce cross-contamination.
  • All merchandise returns will be facilitated by mail.
  • Associates will not restock merchandise while fans are present.

The entrance will have:

  • Information and store policy signage
  • A hand sanitation station

Mobile Parking and Ticketing

The Saints have shifted to 100% mobile tickets and parking passes. This will create a safer, contactless ticketing experience for our fans. It will also allow for increased flexibility and efficiency throughout the season as we adapt to updated conditions and guidelines. Your mobile tickets and/or parking passes can be downloaded to your phone, or transferred to your guests by logging into "Account Manager" via the Saints mobile app.

Parking passes must be presented on a mobile phone in order to gain entry to your designated parking area. You will need to present your ticket(s) on a mobile phone in order to gain entry to the stadium. Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone prior to entering the health-screening checkpoint. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone. If you need assistance with your tickets upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the Box Office located outside Gates B, D, F, and H.

Parking Information

There are a limited number of parking spots in all the five (5) main garages (Garage 1, 2, 5, 6, and Champions Square) that are available for Season Ticket Holders only.

  • Garage 1A and Champions Garage are available for purchase on a first come-first served basis on Saints game days.
  • ADA Parking is located in Garage 1A (Levels 1 and 3), Champions Garage (Level 1), and VIP East and West (located on Sugar Bowl Drive).

Parking R.V.s/Buses/Limos

Parking for RVs, buses, and limos is available in Lot 3 on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Patron Conduct

ASM Global Management and Staff are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate eviction from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate. Patrons are encouraged to report all such behavior to any Mercedes-Benz Superdome team member.

The following behaviors or activities are causes for eviction from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome:

  • Failing to comply with stadium policies, including policies requiring face coverings and requirements to maintain physical distancing
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items
  • Inappropriate or offensive attire
  • Public intoxication
  • Any attempt to alter or modify the existing pod seating system in the stadium.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limit" area such as stage area, backstage, or restroom of the opposite sex
  • Fighting or instigating a physical or verbal altercation
  • Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or building employees
  • Throwing objects of any type
  • Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets
  • Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs
  • Attempted resale of tickets
  • Offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.

Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Building Management will also result in eviction.

Physical and Social Distancing Updates

All individuals will be advised to maintain a minimum 6' distance between each other. Those in violation will be subject to ejection and loss of season tickets.

Hand sanitizer locations will be placed throughout the stadium near concession locations, entrances to restrooms, walkways into seating sections, restrooms and guest services locations.

To ensure a safe environment for fans, all team and stadium personnel will follow the below protocols when interacting with fans:

  • Must wear face masks, and exercise hand hygiene at all times.
  • Attempt to maintain six feet distance with fans.
  • Be courteous at all times and strive to keep conversations short.
  • Do not physically interact with fans. No handshakes, "high fives", fist pumps, etc.

When working in an area that includes high touch points, ensure this area is regularly tended to with disinfectants. These locations include the following:

  • ATMs
  • Charging stations
  • Concession stands/condiment areas
  • Door Handles
  • Guest Services desk
  • Escalator Rails
  • Elevator Buttons
  • Restrooms

Team Members at the main Guest Services Center and concourse kiosks will be provided hand sanitizer and gloves for handling tickets and lost and found items as well as disinfectant wipes to maintain cleanliness of the workspaces.

Pod Seating

Your ticketholder party will be seated together in a "pod" of adjacent seats. Your pod will be separated from other groups by approximately six (6) feet. Please do not sit in any seat other than the one you've been assigned in order to help us maintain pod integrity. Also, please remember to maintain social distancing and do not visit other guests in their seating pod.

  • Banners (large or in poor taste)

  • Selfie Sticks
  • Sticks, bats, poles, clubs

  • Any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by Saints and Building Management

Relocations

The Saints and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome strive to make all games inclusive for all patrons. To accommodate those patrons in wheelchairs or limited mobility patrons without the specific ticket for such seats, their ticket, along with a companion ticket may be exchanged for the proper seating area at the Saints Box Office located at Gate A Ground on the north side of the stadium.

**These seats are limited in number and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Re-Entry Policy

A patron may not leave the Mercedes-Benz Superdome expecting to gain re-admittance.

Restrooms

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has 60 women's restrooms, 60 men's restrooms, and six family restrooms conveniently located throughout the stadium. Disabled facilities are provided at all restrooms. Please follow all social distancing signs and protocols while using these facilities.

Saints 50/50 Raffle

Saints 50/50 Raffle tickets can be purchased online at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050 or via the Saints Mobile App. For each home game, half of the net proceeds collected from the raffle will benefit a designated charitable organization or cause, while one lucky fan will win the remaining half of those proceeds. Ticket prices are: 3 for $5, 10 for 10 for $10, or 80 for $20.

*Please note that the 50/50 Raffle is geofenced to the state of Louisiana. Any fans outside of the state will not be able to participate in the raffle.

Scalping

Louisiana state law prohibits the resale of event tickets at higher than resale value. Additionally, the New Orleans City ordinances prohibit any unauthorized sales in downtown New Orleans. This includes the sale of tickets on Mercedes-Benz Superdome property by anyone other than the New Orleans Saints or the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. These rules will be enforced for the protection of fans from the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal tickets.

Sensory Bags

During Saints games, guests may check out Sensory Bags at no cost to utilize fidget toys, weighted lap pads, noise-canceling headphones, and other resources during the event. Sensory bags are located at the Guest Service Center located at Gate B Plaza Level. Please be advised you will need a Photo I.D. to check out a sensory bag.

Smoking Policy

Designated smoking gates located exterior of the plaza level will be eliminated for the 2020 New Orleans Saints season in order to reduce unnecessary gathering.

Solicitation

The distribution or promotional items, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures and autographs, is not permitted on Mercedes-Benz Superdome property without prior, written authorization from Venue Management.

Tickets for ADA Patrons

Should a season ticket holder require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game, subject to availability. The season ticket holder of record must contact the Saints ticket office to arrange for relocation into wheelchair and companion seating. Be advised advance notice is recommended to better service specific requests. Non-season ticket holder requests that are eligible for fulfillment can be done on game day, subject to availability. Visually Impaired and Hearing Impaired Seating

Seats are made available for hearing and visually impaired patrons in close proximity to the playing area. These seats are held from the general public sales allotment. Patrons requesting an interpreter must do so 30 days prior to the event and are subject to the approval of the team. Water Fountains

All drinking fountains in public spaces will be disabled/covered to prevent possible spread of COVID-19.

Wheelchairs

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A government issued identification is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate B Plaza Level.

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome does provide escort personnel for patrons using wheelchairs inside the stadium. Electronic wheelchair recharging is available for units with duplex outlet plugs.
