(on growing up a Saints fan) "I grew up being a fan and you kind of get in that rhythm with everybody else. I've watched those guys for a while and you always want to see them do well. So for them to get to this point and for me to be a part of it, is neat."
(on being a part of the team that is going to the Super Bowl) "It means a lot. I have family members that support me and love what I'm doing, but most of all, they grew up Saints fans. Just being drafted by New Orleans is almost a dream come true for them. Just to get to this point and play in the Super Bowl is almost unbelievable."
(on how everyone seems to be a Saints fan in New Orleans) "It's a great thing. The fans have been supportive. This is Saints country. If you're in Louisiana, I'm not going to say everybody, but the majority of the people of Louisiana are Saints fans."
(on Drew Brees's demeanor in the huddle) "He is very poised, very calm, and confident. He's just a guy that goes out there and works hard. He's a guy that you never have to worry about, is he going to show up today? He's going to show up every Sunday, every practice, and every walk through. You just see the hard work he's put in and how far it's gotten him."
(on whether there is a nickname for Drew Brees) "Drew has done great things for the city. He's done great things for the organization and he's a great guy to be around. He's one of those guys who has a sense of humor, you don't mind being around him. He's not all business all the time. But he's a guy you respect. He's a leader all the time."
(on Colts secondary) "Their whole defense plays well. They get to the ball really well. They keep a lot of things in front of them. The main thing is, we just have to go out there and play ball and play smart."
