Bring the spirit of the New Orleans Saints to your next event!
The Saints Cheer Krewe are a perfect addition for every event. The team is available for meet-and-greet appearances, autograph signing, photo opportunities, and event performances. They have also modeled auction items, escorted honorees and presented awards/prizes. Please voice any ideas you have for the cheerleaders' involvement in your event so we can tailor participation and make the most of the experience!
We are eager to fulfill every request we possibly can. To ensure enough time for processing and scheduling, we ask that you please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the appearance date. An attempt will be made to fulfill requests on shorter notice, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Please allow at least three business days for processing. You will be contacted to confirm your appearance and discuss in more detail.
Pricing:
- Appearance without a performance: $125 per member per hour (minimum two dancers for two hours - $500 base rate)
- Appearance with DANCE ONLY performance: $250 per dancer per hour (minimum six dancers for one hour - $1500 base rate)
- Appearance with a combined DANCE AND CHEER performance: $250 per members per hour (minimum six dancers and six cheerleaders for one hour - $3000 base rate)
Additional Notes:
- Please be aware the Saints Cheer Krewe are not allowed to collect or handle money, food, alcohol, or tobacco of any kind. They are representatives of the New Orleans Saints and will only be allowed to participate in events that reflect positively on them and the organization.
- Payment for appearances is coordinated when your appearance request is confirmed. It is to be paid in full prior to your event and preferably mailed to us. Dancers are not allowed to receive payment themselves.
