Michael Thomas becomes the first Saint to reach 1,000 yards receiving in each of his first three NFL seasons

Thomas entered the Eagles game just 50 yards shy of the mark

Entering the game with 950 receiving yards, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas was 50 yards shy of becoming the first Saint to reach 1,000 yards receiving in each of his first three NFL seasons. In 2016, Thomas completed the season with 1,137 receiving yards, and finished with 1,245 in 2017.

Thomas caught two passes in the first half Sunday, both for 30 yards to move past 1,000 yards for 2018.
