There is an accessible drop-off/pick-up area located on the North side of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome along Sugar Bowl Drive providing direct access to Gate A.
To protect accounts, any change of address must be submitted to the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office in writing and signed by the holder of the season ticket account. Advance Ticket Sale
Advance ticket sales are available by calling the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office, in person at the New Orleans Saints Mercedes-Benz Superdome Box Office, or by calling Ticketmaster.
Fans 21 years of age and older may only purchase two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction. Serving sizes may not exceed 20 ounces for beer, 6 ounces for wine, and 1.5 ounces for distilled spirits. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter.
Guests are not permitted to bring animals into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, with the exception of service dogs.
Auxiliary hearing devices (phonic ear) receiving a direct FM audio feed from the PA system are available to hearing impaired patrons. These devices are available through the Guest Relations Center located Gate A Plaza Level. A valid driver's license or state ID is required in order to check out the device. Please contact the event coordinator for assistance.
Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
Whitney National Bank ATMs are located throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome at the following locations:

- Terrace Level at Sections 504 & 534
These stations also serve as unisex accessible restrooms.
Nursing mothers rooms will also be available for Saints fans in the Terrace at Section 635 as well as Sections 150 and 341 (coming soon).
The New Orleans Saints strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but outlined below is what's permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5" X 6.5"
Banners and Signs
As a general rule, banners are prohibited for most events. Banners may be allowed, at the discretion of the New Orleans Saints, as long as they meet the following conditions:
Banners cannot be in poor taste or offensive
Banners cannot obstruct the view of any patron/fan
Banners cannot obstruct any stadium signage or other necessary markings
Banners cannot present a safety hazard
Banners of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission of the stadium management or the event producer (New Orleans Saints)
Banners do not mock or criticize either team
Banners do not violate NFL policies
The New Orleans Saints and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome reserve the right to remove any signs or banners hung on game day.
Box Office Operations – Mercedes-Benz Superdome
The primary Mercedes-Benz Superdome Box Office is located at Gate A Ground Level on the Northwest side. It is open on event days only. To purchase tickets on a non-event day, please visit the Smoothie King Center Box Office - hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. They accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as methods of payment. However, some events are cash only specific. There are Satellite Mercedes-Benz Superdome Box Offices on the Plaza Level at Gates B, D, and H, which are open on an event by event basis. All ticket issues are handled at ticket windows.
Shuttle buses may run to and from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome from downtown city lots and from some suburban locations depending on the event. Buses drop off and pick up on Poydras Street across from Gate A Ground Level. Public bus services pass near the stadium as well. For New Orleans Saints games, hand-held cameras are permitted for non-commercial use. Camera lenses cannot exceed 6 inches. Video cameras are prohibited by league rules.
Children five and under do not require a ticket for admission; however, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required.
Any patron requiring cleaning services can request them at the Guest Services Booths that are located on every level of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Club Lounge Information
The Club Level is located on the Loge Level. The seats on this level are in the 200 and 300 Sections. Suite patrons are also allowed on this level.
Due to limited availability, each disabled person may be accompanied by one companion in an adjacent seat. In some sections, the companion seat may be a folding chair to accommodate that particular location.
If a patron wishes to report negative behavior or file a different complaint, please go to a Guest Services Kiosk or send a text to 69050 with the keyword NOLA followed by the issue and location.
Centerplate provides the food services at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. They have teamed up with local and national brands to bring a variety of choices to patrons. The New Orleans Saints and Bud Light have teamed up to create the "Good Sport Designated Driver Program."If a patron needs assistance or would like to volunteer as a designated driver and receive a complimentary soft drink, they may go to any Guest Services Booth on the Plaza, Loge, or Terrace level to sign up or receive assistance.

From I-10, coming from the west and New Orleans Int'l Airport:At the I-610 split, stay right to downtown New Orleans;
After the Carrolton Avenue/Airline Highway exit, take exit #234A "90 Claiborne Ave. west- Superdome"
Follow the signs to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome parking garages.
From I-10, coming from the east:
Follow I-10 westbound to downtown New Orleans;
Take the Orleans Avenue exit;
Turn left on Orleans and follow it across Canal Street where Orleans becomes Loyola Avenue;
Proceed to Girod Street;
Turn right and follow Girod to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
From the West Bank of the Mississippi River & the Greater New Orleans Bridge:
Take the O'Keefe Street exit;
Turn Left on Girod Street and follow Girod Street to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
From Interstates 55 and 59:
Proceed south to I-10;
Follow I-10 signs leading to downtown New Orleans;
Follow the above directions for I-10 coming from the east.
Disabled Patron Accommodations/Services (ADA)
Beginning in the summer of 1996, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome has undergone extensive renovations, including retro fitting the facility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA improvements included construction of additional ramps in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome's interior, modifications to seating for wheelchair access and location, entrance level admittance from all four parking garages and improved signage.
Accessible seating is available on all levels of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Disabled ticket holders may pick up an elevator pass for themselves and one guest at the Saints Ticket Office at Gate A on the Ground Level. This pass allows access to elevators closest to Gate A Ground Level (Elevator 1 and Elevator 9).
ADA Access is available at Elevators 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4, 6, 7A, 8A, and 9. Please allow access to elevators, even if the patron is not in a wheelchair, but claims to have a disability.
Food Service is NOT allowed on the above listed elevators for one hour after the conclusion of the game.
Accessible facilities are provided at all restrooms on all levels throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Assisted Listening Devices are available through the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level.
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A valid driver's license is required to check out a wheelchair. They may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level.
ADA Parking is located in Garage 1A (Levels 1 and 3) and Champions Garage (Level 1).
Prepaid ADA parking is available in VIP East.
ADA drop off is located at Gate A Ground.

Elevators #7 and #8 are held at the 2-minute mark of each half to transport coaches down to the field during most football games.
Elevator #8 is used to transport Media to the 700 Press Box Level, express from 6-minute mark to 2-minute mark of the fourth quarter and five minutes after the game has ended.
Elevators will be held exclusively for ADA patrons from the 2 minutes warning until 15 minutes following the conclusion of the game except for Elevator 5 (freight elevator) and Elevators 7, 7A, and 8 (Coaches, Press, and the Benson family).
In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exits, located at several points throughout the building. Please refer to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome map for exact locations.
Escalators are located at Plaza Level Gates A, C, E and G for Mercedes-Benz Superdome patrons. All escalators access the Plaza, Loge, Suite and Terrace Levels.
Gate A Escalators also accesses the Ground and Mezzanine Levels.
Gates C and G Terrace Level 500 Escalators access the 600A Level.
There are also two (2) exterior escalator locations at the Southeast and Northwest corners of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. On Saints game days, these exterior escalators take patrons to the Club Level (accessible to Suite and Club patrons).
Fan Code of Conduct
The National Football League, New Orleans Saints, and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome are committed to promoting an enjoyable game day experience for all fans. We ask that you refrain from any behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature, intoxication, using any foul or abusive language, throwing objects, using any verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans, or failing to follow instruction of stadium personnel. Fans engaging in such behavior are subject to ejection and arrest. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, security, or guest services staff member.

Acadian Ambulance is the designated medical and ambulance provider for the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the New Orleans Saints. The locations for First Aid are as follows:

All medical personnel are equipped with two-way radios on the Security Channel. The radio call sign for First Aid is "Unit 50".
Gates open three (3) hours prior to kickoff for those in the Suites. Suite patrons may enter at Gate A Ground at this time.
Gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff for all ticket holders. All gates are used at this time.

Individual Game Tickets may be purchased by calling the Saints Ticket Office, Ticket Master, or by going to the New Orleans Saints Mercedes-Benz Superdome Box Office.
Internet Ticket Sales
Patrons may purchase regular or disabled seating through the Ticketmaster website located at www.ticketmaster.com. Standard phone service changes will be added to the ticket price.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items may be turned in at any Guest Services Desk on any level or may be brought to the Guest Relations Center across from Section 149. After the event has concluded, patrons may call Security Control at (504) 587-3900 for more information.
Parents looking for lost children should go to the nearest Guest Services Booth, Police Officer, or Security Officer for assistance in finding their child. All lost children will be brought to Security Control near Gate A Ground.
The New Orleans Saints will replace lost or stolen tickets under most circumstances at a minimal fee. For any lost or stolen tickets, ticket holders must present a letter explaining the circumstances of the theft or loss at the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office. A copy of the official police report must accompany the letter dealing with the stolen ticket. These documents may be presented in person at the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office.
If individuals are found sitting in seats where replacement tickets have been issued, please notify a Security Officer immediately.
Medical Bag Entrances
Medical bags may enter through Gates A Ground, B, D and H.
The New Orleans Saints Team Gift Shop is located at Gate B Plaza Level. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The Saints Gift Shop is also open during all Saints home games. The gift shop can be reached at (504) 587-8937.

There are a limited number of parking spots in all four (4) garages (Garage 1, 2, 5, and 6) as well as Champions Garage that available only for Season Ticket Holders. Parking for Rvs, buses, and limos is available in Lot 3 on a first-come first-served basis.
The official game day program is NFL Insider that is sold throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome property.

If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s). The Mercedes-Benz Superdome will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.
There are NO public telephones inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
To accommodate those patrons in wheelchairs or limited mobility patrons without the specific ticket for such seats, their ticket along with a companion ticket may be exchanged for the proper seating area at the Box Office. These seats are limited in number and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A patron may not leave the Mercedes-Benz Superdome expecting to gain re-admittance.
Restrooms are located on all levels throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome; disabled accessible facilities are provided in all restrooms. Diaper changing facilities are available in some restrooms. There are unisex, or "Family" restrooms located on the Plaza Level at Sections 106 & 124, Loge Level at Sections 207 & 249, 300 Suite Level across from Suites 305, 365 & 373, 400 Suite Level across from Suites 409, 424, 441, & 456, and Terrace Level at Sections 504 & 534.
Saints Experience is a series of interactive games, inflatables, food, and music that are set up on the Plaza Level Exterior on the Northwest of the building. The Saints Experience takes place three (3) hours prior to kick-off of each Saints home game.
Louisiana state law prohibits the resale of event tickets at higher than resale value. Additionally, the New Orleans City ordinances prohibit any unauthorized sales in downtown New Orleans. This includes the sale of tickets on Mercedes-Benz Superdome property by anyone other than the New Orleans Saints or the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. These rules will be enforced for the protection of fans from the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal tickets.
Season Tickets may be purchased by calling the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office.
Seeing eye, hearing ear, and assistance dogs are permitted in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. However, should the animal create a hazard to other patrons or staff, the ticket holder may be relocated to a more suitable location.
The Louisiana Legislature enacted into law (R.S. 40:1261) effective August 1, 2003 that smoking shall be prohibited in all areas of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Smoking is permitted only in the following areas:
Gate B Plaza Level Exterior (after kickoff)
Gate D Plaza Level Exterior (after kickoff)
Gate F Plaza Level Exterior (from door opening until end of game)
Gate H Plaza Level Exterior (after kickoff)
Failure to comply with this statute may result in ejection from the facility without refund.
Luxury Box Suites are available in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. There are two levels of suites in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, with a total of 152 box suites.
Lease costs vary according to the size and location of the suite. All leases are multi-year deals. Suite rentals are also available on a game-by-game basis, and individual seats may be available for purchase in a suite. For information regarding suites, patrons should contact the New Orleans Saints at (504) 731-1789.
Ticket Exchange Policy
As a general rule, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the New Orleans Saints do not have a ticket exchange program or ticket refund program. All tickets purchased are final.

Customers may have their tickets mailed to them or can pick them up on the day of the event at the Ticketmaster Will Call window. This window is operated by Ticketmaster personnel on event day. There are no public tours of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Visually Impaired and Hearing Impaired Seating
Seats are made available for hearing and visually impaired patrons in close proximity to the stage or playing area. These seats are held from the general public sales allotment. Patrons requesting an interpreter must do so 30 days prior to the event and are subject to approval of the show/artist/team.
Water Fountains are located on all levels of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and are at a height that makes them accessible to patrons in wheelchairs.
The Will Call Box Office for Saints games is located in the Saints Box Office at Gate A Ground Level on the Northeast side beginning three (3) hours prior to kick-off.
Ticketmaster Will Call for Saints games may be picked up at the Plaza Level Box Offices at Gate B and H beginning three (3) hours prior to kick-off.
All other events will be handled on a case-by-case basis in terms of the Will Call and Ticket Sales Locations.
