Q: Can I purchase Saints season tickets?

A: The New Orleans Saints are currently sold out on a season ticket basis. Fans may sign up for our Season Ticket Waiting List by logging onto NewOrleansSaints.com. Fans can purchase tickets to an individual game via NFL Ticket Exchange at NFL.com powered by Ticketmaster.

Q: What is NFL Ticket Exchange at NFL.com Powered by Ticketmaster?

A: Buy and Sell Saints Tickets at NFL Ticket Exchange - NFL Ticket Exchange at NFL.com powered by Ticketmaster is the only Saints and NFL approved place to buy and sell Saints tickets with other fans. Visit NFL.com/TicketExchange to buy and sell Saints tickets today!

Q: I have heard there is a waiting list for season tickets. What does that mean, exactly?

A: In an effort to service future season ticket holders and make the process of fulfilling their requests as seamless as possible, a waiting list for future season tickets was established in 2006 by the New Orleans Saints. In the event season tickets become available to our waiting list, you will be contacted by a Saints ticket representative regarding seating options.

Q: How do I get on the waiting list?

A: To join the growing season ticket waiting list, fans are urged to call (504) 731-1700 or click here.

Q: Is there a charge to be on the waiting list?

A: Unlike many professional sports franchises, the New Orleans Saints do not charge a fee for signing up for the season ticket waiting list.

Q: Can I transfer my name on the waiting list to someone else?

A: No. Fans wishing to join the waiting list are encouraged to log onto www.NewOrleansSaints.com and sign up for the a spot on the waiting list.

Q: Are group tickets available for purchase?

A: Due to the team selling out all of their season tickets, group seating packages are not available for purchase.

Q: Do the Saints have personal seat licenses (PSLs)?

A: Unlike many professional sports franchises, the New Orleans Saints do not have PSLs.

Q: I currently own season tickets and would like to relocate the seats to a different section. How is this done?

A: Due to high retention rates among season ticket holders, it is highly unlikely. However, to request a change in your seating location, please fill out the Relocation Request Form which can be obtained by contacting a Saints Ticket Office representative at (504) 731-1700. Fans with special needs are given first consideration, while other requests are prioritized by ticket seniority and the date the request was submitted.

Q: I would like to transfer my tickets to someone else's name. How do I do that?

A: You can transfer your season ticket rights to someone else by submitting a Transfer of Ownership form to the Saints. There is no fee to submit a transfer. The transfer must be approved by the Saints. Season tickets can be transferred to qualifying heirs and transferees upon submitting written proof of the transferee's rights to the Saints Ticket Office. Transfers are processed during the NFL offseason starting in February and ending on the final season ticket payment deadline (typically in late May/early June), at which point any transfer requests would have to be re-submitted the following offseason. To obtain a copy of the transfer form, please contact the ticket office at (504) 731-1700.

Q: I recently changed my address. How do I go about alerting the Saints ticket office of my new address?

A: To change the address on your season ticket account, you must submit a Change of Contact Information Form along with a copy of valid government-issued photo identification. The Change of Contact Information Form can be obtained either by contacting the Saints Ticket Office at (504) 731-1700 or by visiting the Tickets and Stadium page at www.NewOrleansSaints.com.

Q: I lost my tickets. What do I do now?

A: Your season tickets are extremely valuable and should be guarded accordingly. Under most circumstances, lost, damaged or stolen tickets can be replaced for the season ticket holder for a minimal fee. In the event of theft, please contact your local police department to report the crime and obtain a copy of the police report prior to contacting the ticket office to have the tickets replaced. To prevent "lost in the mail" problems, we strongly urge you to use an overnight or guaranteed delivery service, and always make note of the game opponent and seat location numbers of the tickets prior to sending.

*Replacement policies for non-season ticket holders are less liberal. Please contact the ticket office for more information.

Q: My tickets were damaged. What do I do now?

A: Damaged tickets will be accepted at the turnstiles provided the ticket is intact and legible. If the ticket has been damaged beyond recognition, a replacement will need to be issued. In all cases of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, please contact a ticket office representative who will advise you on the necessary procedure to receive replacements.

* Replacement policies for non-season ticket holders are less liberal. Please contact the ticket office for more information.

Q: What are the age requirements to attend a game at the Superdome?

A: Children age five and under may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have a ticket to the game.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted by the Saints for tickets?

A: The Saints accept all major credit cards, personal and bank issued checks, as well as cash.

Q: What happens if someone is sitting in my seat?

A: If duplicate tickets (two customers who are holding tickets to the same seat for the same game are presented), immediately contact the nearest usher or proceed to a Customer Service booth located throughout the Superdome supervisor.

Q: What are the expectations for fan behavior during the game?

A: The New Orleans Saints and Superdome management Stadium Policy is designed to benefit all fans - those who have come to enjoy the unrivaled excitement of NFL football. We do not want your day to be ruined by the unruly behavior of a thoughtless few. If your enjoyment of the game is being marred by the actions of someone around you, please notify stadium security personnel of the problem immediately. The actions of the alleged offender will then be monitored and, upon observation of the disturbance, corrective measures will be taken. Unruly behavior which will not be tolerated at any Saints home game and, in some circumstances, will result in the offender's ejection from the stadium includes, but is not limited to:

  • The obvious abuse of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  • Fighting, taunting, or any action that may harm or endanger others in the Superdome.
  • Refusal to extinguish smoking materials in locations where smoking is prohibited.
  • Abusive or foul language and obscene actions.
  • Any behavior resulting in the disruption of the game.
  • Any other conduct deemed to be beyond the bounds of reason for a spectator attending a professional sporting event.

***Spectators who are arrested and repeat violators who are found to be season ticket holders may have their ticket privileges permanently revoked - regardless of whether or not the spectators or violators are the season ticket holders of record.

Q: What is the definition of a season ticket account holder?

A: The first line of your account information (as shown on your invoice and season ticket package) denotes the season ticket holder of record. For your protection, we will only accept payments, address changes, transfer requests and inquiries from the person designated as the season ticket holder or a legal representative. Tickets held in the name of a business should designate a company representative to make such changes and inquiries, whose name would appear on the second line of the account information.

Q: How does the NFL Flexible Scheduling work?

A: Beginning with the 2006 season, the NFL implemented "Flexible Scheduling," which allows teams a chance to play their way onto NBC's Sunday night 7:15 (CT) primetime broadcast. Games subject to change with the Flexible Scheduling program include any Sunday afternoon contest scheduled in Weeks 10-15 and Week 17. Ticket holders should be aware that these game times are subject to change 12 days in advance in Weeks 10-15, and 6 days in advance in Week 17. Please monitor www.NewOrleansSaints.com for accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.
