Joseph Laine
Salary Cap Analyst/Player Personnel

Entering his ninth season with the Saints, Joseph Laine has a wide-range of responsibilities in the player personnel department. Laine serves as Salary Cap Analyst/Player Personnel, where he assists Director of Football Administration, Khai Harley, with the daily management of the salary cap, CBA compliance and player contract and salary analysis.  Laine's duties also include evaluating current players on the Saints' roster, monitoring daily league transactions and performing various projects regarding league wide statistical and market trends. Prior to 2009, Laine served as a player personnel assistant after joining the Saints as a football operations intern in 2005. He is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a degree in Business Administration, while currently pursuing an MBA from Tulane University.
