2011 – After joining the Saints following the conclusion of the preseason, Gilmore appeared in 14 games with four starts and caught three passes for 20 yards with one TD…Gilmore caught his first TD pass of the season and as a Saint on a two-yard grab at Minnesota, Dec. 18…Missed regular season finale and both postseason contests with a toe injury. 2010 – Appeared in 16 games with a career-high 11 starts for Tampa Bay and had 13 receptions for a career-best 160 yards and one TD…Had two receptions for six yards with one TD vs. Atlanta, Dec. 5…Finished with three receptions for a career-high 52 yards vs. Carolina, Nov. 14…Had a season-long 30-yard reception at Baltimore, Nov. 28. 2009 – Played in 13 games with two starts in his second season with Tampa Bay…Recorded three catches for 23 yards in 2009 and one special teams tackle…Saw first action of season against N.Y. Giants, Sept. 27.  2008 – Played in all 16 games with 10 starts in his first season with Tampa Bay…Set career highs with 15 receptions for 147 yards and also added one touchdown and three special teams tackles…Started at tight end against Atlanta, Sept. 14 and had two receptions for a then-career-best 41 yards and a five-yard touchdown…Also recorded a career-long 36-yard reception against the Falcons…Appeared in his 100th career game at Atlanta, Dec. 14.  2007 – In final season in Chicago, appeared in 15 games with one start and had three receptions for 14 yards and five special teams tackles. 2006 – Appeared in 16 regular season games with three starts and had six receptions for 38 yards with a career-high two TDs and two special teams tackles...Had two receptions for eight yards with a career-best two TDs, scoring grabs of three-and five-yards vs. Detroit, Sept. 17…Appeared in all three postseason games, including Super Bowl XLI and had a three-yard reception. 2005 – Appeared in all 16 games and had a one-yard TD at Tampa Bay, Nov. 27, also adding five special teams tackles on the season…Also appeared in one postseason contest. 2004 – Played in 16 games with one start and had an 11-yard reception and a career-high 15 special teams tackles. 2003– Played in 15 games with one start in his first full NFL season and had three special teams tackles. 2002– After spending the first part of the season on the Bears practice squad was promoted to active roster and played in eight games, recording ten receptions for 130 yards.

COLLEGE – Four-year letterman at Penn State (1998-2001)…Totaled 58 career catches for 634 yards and three touchdowns…Honorable mention All-Big Ten selection as a senior…Received the Hall Foundation Award as the Nittany Lions’ outstanding senior…Graduated in 2001 with a degree in recreation and park management.

PERSONAL – Married to Rebecca, and the couple has one son, Grayson James…Named Associated Press first-team big school all-state and first-team all-county as a senior at Wilson (West Lawn, PA) HS…Caught 53 passes for 992 yards and eight touchdowns while just playing football his final two years of high school…Son of Patricia Gilmore and John H. Gilmore Sr…Born John H. Gilmore, Jr. on September 21, 1979 in Marquette, Michigan.
