NFL CAREER – A seventh round draft choice in 2008, Arrington made his NFL debut in 2010 after spending the 2009 postseason on the club’s active roster. In 2011, he appeared in four regular season contests, catching two passes for 31 yards. He saw action in both postseason games, making one reception in each matchup. Arrington will compete for more extensive playing time in New Orleans’ receiver rotation in 2012.

2011 – Played in four games and made two receptions for 31 yards (17.0 avg.)…Was inactive in weeks 4-16…Caught one pass for 14 yards vs. Chicago, Sept. 18…Hauled in one reception for 17 yards in regular season finale vs. Carolina, 1/1/12…Made his NFL postseason debut and caught one pass for seven yards in NFC Wild Card Playoff vs. Detroit, 1/7/12…Made one reception for 14 yards in NFC Divisional Playoff at San Francisco, 1/14/12. 2010 – After spending the first three weeks on the active roster, was on practice squad from weeks 4-16…Made NFL playing debut vs. Tampa Bay, 1/2/11 and led team with seven receptions for 79 yards. 2009 – Signed to active roster prior to NFC Championship Game after spending entire season on practice squad…inactive for NFC Championship and Super Bowl XLIV. 2008 – Spent entire season on injured reserve after suffering turf toe injury in preseason…Had two receptions for 46 yards in the preseason. 

COLLEGE – Played in 35 games with 18 starts for the Wolverines from 2004-07…Caught 109 passes for 1,438 yards with 16 TDs…Recipient of the Desmond Howard Award, given to team's top receiver as a redshirt junior in 2007, when he started all 13 games, finishing second on team with career-high 67 catches for 882 yards (13.2 avg.) and eight TDs, also rushing for an 11-yard TD off a reverse…Ended college career with streak of 26 games with a reception…Had 40 grabs for 544 yards and eight touchdowns as redshirt sophomore...Suffered season-ending right ankle fracture vs. Northern Illinois in 2005, requiring surgery…Appeared in eight games as true freshman in 2004…Majored in general studies in College of Literature, Science and the Arts. 

PERSONAL – Attended Washington (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) HS, where he was named the state's player of the year…During prep career, caught 100 passes for 1,547 yards and 23 TDs and added 11 interceptions…In basketball, he was rated one of the top players in the state of Iowa and also lettered in track...Full name: Adrian Jarrard Arrington.
