Originally signed by New Orleans as a free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft out of Grand Valley State, this lineman proved the jump was not too big from Division II to the NFL as he earned a roster spot out of training camp and has appeared in 47 games since with two starts at center, 11 at left guard and two at right guard. In 2015, Lelito opened the season as the team’s starting left guard, making nine straight starts at the position. He played in 15-of-16 games on the season with 13 starts. Possessing the versatility to play either guard or center, Lelito showed that ability by switching over to right guard, starting two games there.
