2008 – Opened the first 10 games at center for St. Louis before suffering a broken bone in his foot that ended his season…The 10 starts were the second-most of his career, and highest total since 2006. 2007 – Played in three games with two starts for the Rams…Did not play in one contest and inactive for eight others after signing with the Rams prior to Week Five game after spending the first two weeks of season on Arizona’s roster…Waived by the Cardinals, Sept. 18. 2006 – Played in 14 games for Arizona, starting 11 at center after taking over as the starter in Week Six. 2005 – Saw action in 14 games and started final nine games at center.  2004 – Saw action on special teams in all 16 games for Arizona…Made NFL debut in opener at St. Louis, Oct. 12.

COLLEGE – Began career at guard for Kansas State before switching to center as a senior…Started 41 consecutive games from midway through his freshman season and did not allow a sack in any game he started….Earned first-team All-America honors from ESPN and Sports Illustrated as a senior…Also a consensus All-Big 12 first-team choice and named Kansas State’s Offensive Lineman of the Year.
