Also brought back a kickoff for 23 yards and had a fumble…Returned three punts for 21 yards and three kickoffs for a career-high 82 yards, tying a career-high with a 35-yard runback vs. Tennessee, Nov. 8. Had one fumble on a punt return…Returned one punt for six yards and recorded his first career carry, a rush for no gain at Tampa Bay, Dec. 13. Left game in third quarter (ankle) and did not return.
COLLEGE – Competed in 52 games (11 starts) at Missouri and carried 337 times for 1,957 yards (5.8 avg.) with 16 touchdowns, recorded 50 receptions for 318 yards with two touchdowns, returned 75 punts for 801 yards (10.7 avg.) with four touchdowns and brought back 87 kickoffs for 2,036 yards with three touchdowns…As redshirt senior, was SEC Special Teams Player of the Year as voted by the conference’s coaches and was first-team All-SEC as an all-purpose player and kick returner when he led the conference with 1,921 all-purpose yards and was the only player in FBS to score via kick return, punt return, rushing and receiving…Finished the season with 924 rushing yards, 212 receiving yards, 281 punt return yards and 504 kickoff return yards with eight total TDs…Led the team with 1,425 all-purpose yards and tallied 10 total TDs, including nine rushing and one through the air as a junior…Played in 12 games as a redshirt sophomore in 2012, as he was named a second-team All-American and a first-team All-SEC performer with an electrifying season as a returner, when he ranked second in the conference and 10th in the NCAA with his punt return average of 13.9 yards and ranked fifth in the conference (42nd nationally) with his 24.1 kickoff return average, making a school-record four return TDs, including a MU-best three on punt returns…Appeared in 12 games as a freshman as MU’s kickoff returning, making 24 returns for 475 yards and also carried 22 times for 181 yards and two TDs…Majored in parks, recreation & tourism.
PERSONAL: Prepped at DeSoto (Texas) HS, where he was ranked by Rivals.com as the nation’s No. 13 all-purpose back, and as the No. 55 overall prospect from Texas...Ran for 1,410 yards and 19 TDs as a senior, while catching 35 passes out of the backfield for 653 yards and eight more TDs...Accounted for 23 total TDs as a junior in 2008, as he ran for 1,274 yards and 17 scores, while adding 41 catches for 524 yards and six TDs.
