Since 2009, Evans has enjoyed four of the most decorated seasons for a Saints offensive lineman. He’s been voted to the last four Pro Bowls as a starter, as well as Associated Press first-team All-Pro and is widely regarded as among the NFL’s top linemen, with the Saints finishing in the top 10 offensively each season. A powerful run blocker and polished in pass protection, Evans has started every game since being drafted, now having opened 112-consecutive regular season contests – the most for a Saint to start his career and the second-longest games started streak in franchise history. His games started streak is second among active NFL guards and fourth among players overall. Evans was originally a fourth-round pick in 2006 out of Bloomsburg.
