NFL CAREER – After spending the majority of his first three seasons on the Saints practice squad, this former Air Force Academy standout's combination of work ethic, persistence and physical nature has led to stints on the club's active roster at the end of the past two seasons. While primarily a blocker and contributor on special teams, Griffin posted his first career receiving touchdown in the NFC Championship game. In 2019, Griffin looks to build on his experience and compete for an active roster spot in the offseason and training camp.

Elevated from the Practice Squad, 1/12/19…In the NFC Divisional playoff game vs. Philadelphia, 1/13/19, played on offense and special teams…In the NFC Championship game vs. L.A. Rams, 1/20/19, started and recorded two receptions for 12 yards, including a five-yard touchdown. 2017 – After starting the regular season on the practice squad, elevated to active roster and played in three regular season games, making a four-yard reception in regular season finale at Tampa Bay, Dec. 31. 2016 – Spent season on practice squad.
COLLEGE – Played in 44 career games, lettering four seasons at the Air Force Academy and finished with career totals of 41 receptions for 678 yards (16.5 avg.) with eight touchdowns…In 2015 played in eight games and recorded 12 receptions for 208 yards (17.3 avg.) with three touchdowns...In 2014, played in 12 games and finished third on team in receiving with 16 catches for 307 yards 19.2 avg.) and ranked second on club with four receiving TDs…Lettered on track team in spring of 2013 and named All-Mountain West in the javelin…Majored in management and was a member of dean's list.
