Marcus Ungaro

Ungaro enters his eighth season with the Saints and fifth as a member of the coaching staff. He works with the club’s defensive coaching staff by assisting with the playbook composition, scouting reports, film breakdown and practice drills. He started with the Saints as an intern in the communications department in 2007 and served as a video assistant from 2008-09.

Ungaro received a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Washington State University. The native of Sammamish, Wash. previously played defensive back and was a member of the baseball team at Southwestern College (Chula Vista, Calif.).

PLAYING CAREER: Southwestern College, 2004-05.

COACHING CAREER: New Orleans Saints, 2010-.
