Students at Academy of the Sacred Heart made decorative shoes to raise funds for a student in Uganda. Saints Owner Gayle Benson heard about the fundraiser and purchased a pair of shoes to help support the cause. The New Orleans Saints partnered with Verizon Wireless for the third annual “Random Acts of Kindness Tour” on June 16. The bus stopped at five different locations on its route - Chevron, The Magnolia School, Verizon Wireless, Wal-Mart and McDonald's. Players were able to greet fans, take pictures, deliver gift cards and sign autographs at each stop.
