
4. Hartley Sends the Saints to the Super Bowl
In 2009, the Saints had advanced to the NFC Championship game and were set to take on Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings in the Superdome on January 24, 2010. The game was tied with little time left in the fourth quarter and Favre was working on a game-winning drive. He was flushed from the pocket and threw to a receiver cross-field. The ball was intercepted by Saints CB Tracy Porter at the Saints 22-yard line. Porter clinched a chance at overtime and New Orleans won the coin toss.
