Donation and Player Appearance Requests
The New Orleans Saints are excited about the high level of enthusiasm surrounding the Saints and thank all our fans for their support. Due to the large volume of requests, the New Orleans Saints have developed procedures and guidelines to assist you with your donation/appearance requests, specifically as it relates to the Saints potential involvement.
- All donation/appearance requests must be submitted in writing 4-6 weeks in advance to your event.
- Written requests must be submitted on the organization’s official letterhead and include:
a.) Name of organization, full address and telephone number
b.) Type of event/program
c.) Contact person’s name
d.) Day, date, time and length of event
e.) Event location
- The Saints do not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of autographing. Any merchandise sent will be immediately returned.

It's recommended that your event is not centered on the anticipation of our donation/appearance but should be approached as a complimentary element to your event. Many requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to the overwhelming volume of requests we receive weekly.
