
After 20 years in Rivertown, Kenner, the Saints Hall of Fame Museum has temporarily relocated to Gate B on the Plaza Level of the Louisiana Superdome. The museum is open on game days free of charge to New Orleans Saints season ticket holders and is available for group tours during the week by calling (504) 471-2154.
The Saints Hall of Fame has brand new exhibits and memorabilia covering the entire history of the New Orleans Saints from the awarding of and formation of the franchise to the present. Fans can review a time line tracing the history of the team through the years, enjoy the Saints Theater with highlight films from every season in team history, check out the lockerroom display, the broadcast studio, the great moments in Saints history video, the actual playing surface on the floor of the Superdome, updated standings boards, the all-time team display, and the Hall of Honors with all of the busts and portraits of previously inducted Saints Hall of Famers.
 The Saints Hall of Fame opened on July 16, 1988 in Rivertown, Kenner and was the vision and creation of Aaron Broussard. Expansions in size came in 1992 and in January of 2004. The Superdome location opening occurred in conjunction with the Saints vs. Carolina game on October 7, 2007. The Saints Hall of Fame Museum is open at 10 AM on game days and remains open until 30 minutes after the completion of each home game.
The 2007 Saints Hall of Fame Weekend (Nov. 2-4) inlcudes the annual Induction Luncheon at the New Orleans Airport Hilton in Kenner on Friday, November 2 at noon with former Saints defensive end Joe Johnson to be inducted and New Orleans Saints fans set to receive the Joe Gemelli Fleur De Lis award for their tremendous support in 2006. Tickets are $40 per person of $400 per table of ten. On Saturday, November 3, the All Saints Night Gala is set from 6 PM-10 PM at the Rivertown Exhibition Hall (Saints Hall of Fame Annex) at 415 Williams Blvd. in Rivertown, Kenner. The event features food from 20 restaurants and is attended by New Orleans Saints alumni from around the country as well as Coach Sean Payton and prominent members of the New Orleans Saints organization. The weekend concludes with an appearance by Joe Johnson at the Saints Hall of Fame Museum at the Superdome from 10 AM-11 AM, introductions of all alumni on the field in a pre-game ceremony, and a ceremony honoring Joe Johnson at halftime of the New Orleans Saints vs. Jacksonville Jaguars contest.
The Saints Hall of Fame also has an annual Celebrity Golf Classic at Chateau Golf and Country Club in Kenner in the spring and is part of the annual Saints Appreciation Party at Impastato's Restaurant in Metairie in the fall. Established by and for New Orleans Saints fans, the Saints Hall of Fame Museum is a 501-C3 non-profit corporation with a board of directors which oversees the operation of the facility and its policies. While the Saints Hall of Fame Museum is not directly affiliated with the New Orleans Saints, the Saints Hall of Fame works very closely in partnership with the New Orleans Saints to create a positive, memorable experience for Saints fans young and old.
