The New Orleans Saints made three selections in the 2009 NFL Draft on Sunday, the second day of the draft.

In the fourth round the team opened the back-end of the two-day draft by selecting FS Malcolm Jenkins/Chip Vaughn.aspx">Chip Vaughn from Wake Forest.

With their second pick in the fourth round, #118, the Saints again went to Wake Forest and called LB Stanley Arnoux’s name. The speedy Sunrise, Fla. native, of Haitian decent, will be tried at weakside linebacker by the Saints.

Saints Head Coach Sean Payton’s desire to create top-flight competition at every spot on the team’s roster, the New Orleans Saints traded up into the fifth round to pick Thomas Morstead, a punter from Southern Methodist.
