n Saints QB Drew Brees completed 26 of 30 passes for 320 yards with three touchdown passes, zero interceptions and a quarterback rating of 144.4, the highest of his Saints career and the sixth-best of his NFL career. Brees’ 86.7 completion percentage was tied for second-best in his career. In the first half, Brees completed 16 consecutive passes, the second-most consecutive completions in club history. Brees set the record previously held by Archie Manning (15-1979) with 17 straight completions in 2007. Two of Brees’ completions were for 25 yards or more. Brees helped a second quarter 18 play, 86 yard drive that took 10:59, the longest drive of the season. n RB Reggie Bush carried 14 times for 27 yards with one touchdown and had three receptions for 40 yards with one touchdown. The only other NFL player to catch 200 passes in his first 34 games is Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin. Bush's mark stands alone among running backs. Bush tied Boldin's record with a 21-yard reception in the first quarter.

n TE Mark Campbell had three receptions for 37 yards with one touchdown, recording his first scoring grab as a Saint.

They gave up only 141 yards passing, the lowest total since December 24, 2006, when they surrendered 83 yards. Against the run, the Saints gave up only 85 yards, the third straight game where they held opponents to under 100 yards rushing.

n LB Jonathan Vilma led the defense with 11 tackles (seven solo), while DE Bobby McCray had two tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble. His sack and forced fumble totals tied career-highs.

n CB Jason David had two solo tackles, an 18-yard interception return and two passes defensed
